  1. Not all of them. Small banks in the US fail every year. The larger banks make out like bandits. JPM just posted a 30% increase in revenue
  2. Copper has not been a good investment over the past year so I think he's better if listened to quite frankly.
  3. Not all of them, one I follow doesn't think copper is a great investment right now.
  4. You got that wrong then, the US president did exactly the same thing.
  5. What specifically made covid affect the UK economy more than others in the G7?
  6. It's not reasonable top assume that the covid effect was exactly the same in the UK as the other G7 nations and therefore wouldn't appear on a relative chart?
  7. So you're now admitting it was brexit. Good. The same people wouldn't vote for it again.
  8. Covid impact far worse in the UK than peer nations? Do you expect us to believe that? Try Brexit impact, the single factor differentiating the UK from the other G7 nations.
  9. It's not that flash. The percentage change on previous quarter in the first chart is the worst of the G7 nations. And the second chart % change since 2019. Abysmal

  11. “Might Have to Kill a Few People” And other texts that suggest Daniel Perry intended to commit murder at a Black Lives Matter demonstration https://www.austinchronicle.com/news/2023-04-07/might-have-to-kill-a-few-people/
  12. Well, that didn't age well. More Musk lies. He was just trying to buy some time. Maybe he has terminal cancer and wants to spend all his money before he dies? Elon Musk founds new artificial intelligence company called X.AI Musk has been publicly skeptical of the future of artificial intelligence in the past and has even called for a complete AI development pause, citing “risks to society” he says the technology poses. “Recent months have seen AI labs locked in an out-of-control race to develop and deploy ever more powerful digital minds that no one – not even their creators – can understand, predict, or reliably control,” a group of tech experts including Musk said in an open letter calling for the development pause last month. “In the sense that it has the potential — however small one may regard that probability, but it is non-trivial — it has the potential of civilization destruction,” he said. https://thehill.com/policy/technology/3952116-elon-musk-founds-new-artificial-intelligence-company-called-x-ai/ It does seem like that's his goal.
  13. The scary thing thing about average intelligence is that half the people are below it.
  14. Back in 2000 that might have been true. His favourability ratings in polls has declined precipitously as you should have noticed in posts here. It seems some people don't see anything except what they want to see. The only thing that will rid the world of MAGA is to let Trump run and lose again. Dems understand this. Republicans fear it.
  15. Sexuality has been a spectrum since Adam and Eve. As such they are "normal" and not "freaks". Don't make homophobic comments.
  16. It's almost as if Trump doesn't believe his own VP would tell the truth and exonerate him.
  17. T%he operative word was "ordinary" as in family oriented. Another salient word I used was "lots".
  18. Are sex tourists stupider than other tourists? What in the article made you presume they were sex tourists? You accuse me of making wild assumptions.
  19. She's asleep. I looked it up and saw that Thaiger explain it as any orange vest mc taxi rider. They also mention exorbitant prices to pay for premium ranks so that explains why prices are understandably more expensive from those areas. I normally take a short walk from Central to soi moo cow if I have lots of shopping and don't wan to walk. Bottom line, the price was reasonable for that location.
