They need to subsidize laptops or tablets for the children to do online learning. And not some cheap Chinese knockoffs.

The government needs one centralized app.
They also need to outsource the creators of the app as there apps rarely work and seem cluttered and amateurish.

Tend to agree..............this virus needs us to mingle to thrive (unless other creatures will do - like bats or birds) so if we all stopped mingling for 3 weeks at the same time it should die out in 3 weeks.....................NOT GOING TO HAPPEN though. Back to herd immunity I think.
COVID-19 is caused by a virus. Easly transmitted through small droplets and even previous surfaces touched by an infected person.
The Black Plague was a bacterium. Antibiotics can cure this. transmitted by rodents (rats). Also hygiene has come a long way since then.
Something of interest:
"What caused the Black Death? The Black Death is believed to have been the result of plague, an. infectious fever caused by the bacterium Yersinia pestis. The disease was likely transmitted from rodents to humans by the bite of infected fleas."

Yes....it's called selling the house. But the loan was made to her based upon her history/income. A new buyer would need either to assume the loan or get a new loan with the bank vetting their history and income before approving.
On top of that most likely could take year or more. Why not just wait one more year to change the name?
Bare in mind property values have dropped since COVID-19 so its in there best interest to wait anyway.

Right from the onset of production from the SB Plant in Thailand, AZ have said that the capacity for the facility would be about 15 Million Doses per Month.
Under the agreement with MOPH, to supply 35 % of all produced Vaccine to Thailand, with the rest going for Export., this would indeed mean 5-6 Million Doses per Month.
If they supply this amount of Vaccine AZ will have broken no Contracts or promises to Thailand.
As time passes, and things settle down to a more consistent production at the Plant, I am sure AZ will want to supply more doses to Thailand.
Astra Zeneca produced papers that Thailand had only requested 3 million doses a month.
Whatever the government was saying all along with Anutin about 10 million doses a month from Astra Zeneca were just not true and never were.

A second AZ approved plant in ASEAN somewhere would be very logical as it appears 20 plants globally are not enough.
Vietnam is in talks with a major producer of mRNA vaccines to manufacture and distribute its vaccine.
So is South Korea which already has vaccine manufacturing plants that can be upgraded quickly to produce mRNA vaccines.
Hopefully this comes to fruitition. I have more confidence in those countries than Thailnd in regards to graft and transparency.

"uninterrupted manufacturing".
Thats a tall order for Siam Bioscience. They've never produced vaccines until now. They already have a backlog to other countries that are even worse of than Thailand.
Any extra will need to be used as a third dose for the millions of people who received the useless Sinovac.

Rubbish.
If you have an infected person and you isolate them, you have protected others from them. If uninfected people isolate themselves, they are protected from possibly infected people.
WHO has recommended tougher lockdowns for Thailand today.

Thats in the USA.
Mainly Anti vaxers in the South
Everywhere on the news I see the uptick in COVID-19 cases.
Very disheartening to say the least.

Like there master nogotiaters.
Like negotiating for 5 million doses of Moderna.
They need 200 million, any extra give it to your neighbors. Do something nice for once.
Months and months of waisted time and lives.
There not even paying for it.

"Dr Nakorn Premsri, the director of the National Vaccine Institute, who explained that this is to manage risks in 2022 and not a “back and forth” decision as critics have said. “The decision is part of the government’s risk management plan to prepare for the changing situation due mainly to virus mutations,” he said.
He's the same who keeps mentioning how great Sinovac is against the Alpha variant (original) even though were battling the Delta variant.
Nice suite though.

So, are they quietly dropping that October due date and hoping that no-one will notice?
Also, haven't various hospitals pre-sold 10 million doses? This is going to get interesting!
Ive heard over 9 million doses have been pre-sold. Each hospital that participed will get 10,000 doses. If that hospital sold more than 10,000 doses they'll have to prioritize who gets the vaccine, leaving many without any vaccine.
I expect as things get worse the government might just take them for emergency purposes. Leaving everyone who bought one out in the cold.

One way rentals are available but they are more expensive and I think the range of available vehicles is limited. How much it costs depends on how long you want it for which will probably depend on how far you have to go.
I've looked at this as a possibility for my return if flights aren't brought back. The Nok Air option looks like another possibility.
Whatever choice you make stay safe.
Good luck.

Thats a strong antibiotic used a lot for bacterial bronchitis, great stuff. Wouldn't help with a virus like COVID-19.
Maybe for a secondary infection of the lungs.

Unfortunately Covax is planning on buying millons of Sinovac and Sinopharm.
Sinovac is practically useless against COVID-19.
Sinopharm study last week:
AP
July 23, 2021
"BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) — A new study suggests that a Sinopharm vaccine offers poor protection from COVID-19 among the elderly, raising questions for dozens of countries that have given the Chinese company’s shots to their most vulnerable populations."
So looks like Thailand as usual is blowing chunks on the vaccine front:

Changing names on a Thai Birth Certificate is virtually impossible. This is why its very important to put the correct information the time they create the birth certificate.
Are you going to reimburse the people for the money they spent caring for the baby while you sort this out. If you win, they'll want reimbursement.
Good luck.
Next child be on the ball!

Same-same! Was there at 8:30 and out by 9:15. Bangkok has never required a 90-day report for these covid extensions. But they do ask for TM30. Yeah, I was surprised they pre-printed extension applications and handed back your passport with the forms ready for your next extension in a couple months. I guess they know we'll all be back to extend again! #NotLeavingLOS ????
Or maybe they'll figure out how to make an app that works so people won't have gather in large crowds.

Really nice concise report.
Sounds a pleasant super spreader event.
I'd assume eventually many of the immigration officers will be coming down with COVID-19.
Its inevitable.
