Phuket will do that to you.

That might work for the little ones.
It's not going to work with the grade 2 and up.
Good for her. For that pay you have to really "love" that job.

The 50 Yr old probably died as a result of the virus, there's nothing reported to suggest the 60 Yr old had the virus, reported elsewhere on TV the 40 Yr old was actually homeless no cause of death reported only that it wasn't covid related.
I would suggest that in the state the country's in it's not surprising that homeless people will dying in larger than normal numbers.
But one 50 Yr a 60 Yr that could have died from a heart attack and a 40 Yr homeless man who probably died of starvation and a number of other ailments doesn't make for good news however 3 men dying in the streets of bkk in one day makes for sensationalism and helps selling newspapers and helps TV ratings .

I think there on Skeleton crew.
They did post something generic though. Mostly saying fly back home if you need a vaccine.
Hopefully within a few days there will be more clarity as things get more dire by the day here.

The government did purchase two new jet fighters though:

20 JULY 2021
Thailand confirms plan to buy additional T-50TH aircraft
by Jon Grevatt
The Royal Thai Air Force's (RTAF's) Directorate of Operations has announced that it will procure an additional two T-50TH Golden Eagle lead-in fighter trainer aircraft from Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI).
The Royal Thai Air Force has outlined a plan to purchase two additional T-50TH aircraft – a version of the T-50 Golden Eagle (pictured) – for around USD72 million. (KAI)
The planned procurement, which will increase the size of the RTAF's T-50TH fleet to 14, is budgeted at THB2.36 billion (USD72 million) and will include spare parts, and related equipment and tools. Janes understands that a contract to acquire the aircraft is expected to be signed later this year.

so covid killed him ?
Seems much easier to use Covid aa a reason for death, rather than doing an autopsy, which is what often happened in the UK
Being tested for Covid, and actually dying from it are two entirely different things, but then, that does not make the news, does it
Theres no hospital beds left to dye in. It's in the news everyday.
Death is never convenient.

My house is similar to the OP and our 15+ year old 150 pump started acting up a few weeks ago and the pressure seems to be going down. So I bought a new Mitsubishi EP-205R off of Lazada for about 600B less than what Home Pro was asking for the exact same item.
I haven't installed it yet as the old 150 is still performing ok, but as I keep telling the misses "I'll get around to it soon", 555.
It's smart to check Home Pro, Global, even small mom and pop shops.
Then check Lazada and Shopee, due diligence will save you a lot. Online has usually been my best prices.

WOW,
Its in the middle of a community.
Who on earth could ok something like this? Your property would be virtually worthless living close to a dump.

Good for him.
The people close by must be breathing a sigh of relief.

I usually just put it in our truck and take it to Makro. I do a little shopping then put the cardboard in the cart.
Makro has a place around back where they store cardboard and eventually recycle it for money.

It's got its drawbacks and its plusses.
I'm enjoying it because I've got a family, fairly nice wife, and resort style house here in Issan.
I don't drink so I don't miss the bars. But I miss the night life and myriad of eating options that city life affords.
We holiday every other month to some beach so that helps my longing for the oceanside.

When hes gone I'm going to have a drinking gambling party!

Not so sure that would be a good idea.
With pressure like that and the modern day adjustable, multi setting, shower heads
that could render me not so useful, in the future.
So will pass on the high delivery pump. LOL.
I haven't had any problems.
Personally I enjoy the high pressure showers.
But I can understand being on the safe side. Good plumbers are hard to find.

Instead of offering solutions this government continues to blame everyone and everybody but themselves.
Very bad leadership qualities.
Only once some of the police and high ranking families start dying of COVID-19 will people demand this inept governments ouster.

Same old empty promises.
The Thai people are not stupid.
There losing confidence in the government to help them. ( There was very little to begin with).
Thai people have very little confidence in Sinovac, they ask "Why are you keep ordering this Sinovac?".
This government seems unawares that with Social media and internet information is at there fingertips.

You're assuming that everyone who dies before the distribution of the vaccine in that order will have wanted (and been able to get) that vaccine and that those doses would have prevented those Covid-19 deaths? You're not really up to speed on how the virus and the vaccinations work, are you?

On the contrary. It's a well observed post and accurate comment. Rich white line jumpers are taking vaccines that locals could use and then moaning when some of the poorest people in the nation try and make some money by providing a service The wealthy hustlers need and want.
They were doing it to the poor people also.

Well done, finally! ... I just hope it's not too little too late.
To little. Enough for 10 million people. There going to have to revaccinate all the people who got Sinovac.
Too late:
According to the article it took 3 months to even sign the contract.

The ugliness never stops rearing its head in this horrible pandemic.

The newly appointed head of the investigation committee is now a full police general.
This is because one of the police under investigation for wrong doing is himself a police general so he must be investigated by someone of similar rank.
Fast track to the top!
Nothing is going to happen.
The statue of limitations ends in less than two years in this case.
All we'll end up with is another overweight general wearing a tight brown uniform wearing lots of medals you can purchase in a dime store.

That's a good point. Employers shouldn't be in the business of ratting out employees unless compelled to but on the other hand Panda Man made it super easy for him to be identified.
I think people are overblowing Food Panda's responses and reading too much into them. I think they've just been very clumsy and might want to review their public relations function.
See what's happening here?
Instead of the focus being real very serious issues in Thailand such as the vaccine situation, people are diverting to something very tangential and trivial like Food Panda.
I see your point.
Poor guy.
He could be delivering hamburgers right now but instead he's sitting in crowded cell.

Turned out pretty nice in Pattaya though.
We all know it will eventually just be given back to the ocean.

Yes.
This what happened in India and now Indonesia.
They need to start procuring Oxygen and ventilators for the few people able to find a hospital bed.
Like Modi in India, this might be the spark needed to fell this incompetent government run by greedy thugs.
