  1. Maybe unintentional poisoning.

One of our dogs brought a plastic Pepsi bottle full of rancid oil.  Probably left from workers in the rice field.  He was coverd in oil.  We cleaned him off.  If he had injested a large amount Im sure it could've been lethal.

If the scallywag says 20%  increase then offer 20%  less than you are paying now...there must be thousands of empty places to rent around the area now  anyone asking for a price increase is just  "taking the Mickey"

There will also be a lot of "men with a truck"   ready to help you move  for a very small  consideration.

Though it would be wise to find a few alternative places to rent before  putting the ultimatum to the landlord

You'll probably find a better place for cheaper.  He may raise it again next year.

It's such a bad time to raise someones rent during a pandemic it shows how callous one can be.

Despite the Herculean task check a few places out to rent.  Then like the other reader said offer 20% less.

There going to find it hard to rent with so many empty rentals now available due to COVID-19.

    Good luck!

    Moving is a pain.

  3. I woder if I'll get a refund for the  difference from the 3,800 baht we paid two weeks ago.

I was prepared to pay much more. So not to worried and glad I got in line as there sold out of pre orders.

I definitely don't want the Chinese garbage and even the Astra Zeneca made in Thailand.  I don't trust a COVID-19 vaccine made here.  They take to many shortcuts in everything they make here.  I probably couldn't get one anyway if I wanted with all the delays.

Indoors is not at home. Did you read his article?

"Public Health strongly recommends people wear masks indoors in settings such as grocery or retail stores; theaters and family entertainment centers, and workplaces when you don't know everyone's vaccination status," L.A. County Department of Public Health said in a statement.

    Ok.

  5. Two <deleted>ty vaccines have a monopoly.  Sinopharm, another useless China vaccine took 24 hours for approval.

Sinovac wasn't even approved by WHO until a week ago and they didn't go through real scrutiny.

Proven Mrna Vaccines aren't aloud because a few people want to make lots of money (Tax payers money) at the expense of everyone else here.

Whats it take for the people really get <deleted> enough to get rid of these horrible people running this country?!?

    It's really just that simple!

I think with COVID-19 70% isnt going to be enough.  The "herd immunity" thinking doesn't work with all the variants.  That said Ill be surprised that Thailand can immunize 30% of the population with two doses by years end.

Sinovac, Sinopharm, and Astra Zeneca may prove to almost useless against the Delta variant.

I doubt they will find many people stupid enough to do advance payment for jabs that might or might not arrive at the same time or later when the free Pfizer is available

I paid in advance.  If you don't pay you won't be getting Moderna.  All the pre pay are sold out already so will see who's stupid (cheap).

Pfeizer free?  Not in Thailand Shuya.

Many of the hospital networks pedaling Moderna have said they are over-subscribed.

That was based on free, no committment registrations, basically expressing interest. Obviously many people registered with mutliple hospitals.

Now they are winnowing that down to real, paying customers by getting them to fork over enough cash to cover their costs to actually throw into the GPO trough.

Once the trough is full the GPO will place an order with Zuellig, after taking their "commission".

    There will be blood.

If want a real Mrna vaccine in Thailand you need to pay.

It's pricey but this could be a life or death decision.

Roughly 8,000 for my wife and is well worth it.

Hmmmm, and I wonder who they'll give the vaccine to, those having booked at 3,400 or those standing at the counter waving 10,000 under their noses.... TIT

Or will the ministers just confiscate them for national security once they find out that Astra zeneca is only a little over 10% affective with the Delta variant?

Anything possible with this one armed bandit government.
