I'll wait and see what the technicians say, but I much suspect this is my situation.
The machines are blowing cool air, just not as cool as I am used to and it was quite insufficient on the hot days. Last 2 days, we had a big rain that cooled things off and the weather is much cooler; in that condition the a/c is adequate.
I suspect nothing is wrong with the installation etc, rather these machines just aren't up to the task on really hot days - but will wait for the technicians visit to confirm.
Well best of luck to you.
I was lucky. Daikin refunded my money. Daiken is a great brand and definitely not cheap.

Although they deny this it was suggested.
To many committee's!

I had one Daikan inverter, same problem. It felt like it was blowing warm air. I was told they cant (inverters) aren't very good in the extreme heat and humidity.
I ended up getting Mitsubishi's Mr Slim line. Very happy with all 8 of them.
I was hoping to save money with the inverters but they couldn't handle the HOT season up here in Issan.
Im really happy with them.
I had some Samsung Air Cons, they didn't last but 4 years.
Also everyone knows how to fix Mitsubishi air cons.
Good luck.

To be fair, I used to think the same. But then I visited an area outside the 'normal' tourist areas and had a great time. Friendly and helpful people, great location. Had my own transport, so no issues with transport mafia. If I wanted to drink there were plenty of places within walking distance.
Would definitely visit the same place again. Sometimes you need to see for yourself; rather than relying on hearsay.
Of course I have little or no interest in places such as Patong. Visited there on a previous trip and if that was all they had to offer, I wouldn't have missed not ever going to Phuket again. But there are still some nice places wherein ou can have a very pleasant holiday with people who are happy to go above and beyond for you and it's not all about the money. You can actually still make real friends.
Our family has been enjoying it every other month since Covid-19.
5 star hotels like the Marriott or Pullman for pennies on the dollar. No crowds. Beautiful beaches.
Not much nightlife but great for families who don't plan on drinking holiday.

In a way those people are lucky. Phuket is absolutely beautiful right now with uncrowded beaches and pristine waters.
I haven't heard much about the oil spill lately. Hopefully they get that under control.

Hyperbole....
It is not 'ineffective'. It appears to be of quite poor efficacy against some variants, especially after a single jab, but numbers are better after a second jab and a few weeks incubation.
Some other brands have produced better numbers... but are not available here yet.
Oh please!
"JAKARTA (Reuters) -- More than 350 Indonesian doctors have contracted COVID-19 despite being vaccinated with Sinovac, and dozens have been hospitalized, officials said, as concerns rise about the efficacy of some vaccines against more virulent virus strains."
Sinovac isn't much help with the Delta variant. This variant will be the dominant one here in a few months.

Healthy people young and old can and do get COVID-19. Millions are dying from COVID-19.
Im assuming you've glanced at the news at least once the last 15 months?

I've read that many hospitas are just closing the doors. The staff don't want to catch COVID-19 and die in some ally. Unlike many countries life is cheap here.

This is a Chinese vaccine. Thailand is just now testing it to see if it works. There putting out all these lies to quell the publics and medical professionals growing distrust of this lousy ineffective vaccine.
The countries who are using it including front line medical personnel are getting COVID-19 and many are on respirators. For gods sake stop the lies and stop using the Sinovac

Any plans or committes getting prepared to issues plans to the COVID-19 control committee and the Anutin health and weed department.
Everything is under control. Its like the 3 stooges are running the show.

Nice setup for Hua Hin.
Im so glad I didn't buy land around there. Thai garbage includes broken cell phones, car batteries, general toxins.
In few years the water supply for miles around will be deadly.
Anyone close buy will have virtually useless land that nobody will buy.

True idiots running this. Nobody has any clue. You place an order and pay the bill. Then you get the delivery. Its so freaking simple!
Eventually some of these idiots will be hanging from a tree. Thai people have to much patience with these pathetic bed wetters dressed as Generals.

Ive signed up and paid. 3,800 is already 3 times the price. I don't mind but I do mind the idiots in charge playing Russian roulette with peoples lives.

Its something to do with the Astra Zeneca plant in Thailand. There going to be making as much profit as expected. They don't want competition even if it destroys lives and livelihoods.
This country is run by the mafia in brown.

It's all about maximum money in, for minimum money out, here.
They just don't get it that high end tourists not only want a nice hotel, but decent infrastructure surrounding it. Until that happens, Pattaya will continue to attract sex tourists and cheap package holiday tourists, nothing more.
Thats what makes Pattaya fun. If you want HiSo there's plenty of other beach places to visit.

And yet China and France were able to vaccinate their citizens in Thailand, despite having much smaller embassies and, in the case of China, many, many more citizens in Thailand than does the US.
Yes thats true. Be curious how that pans out and how they do it logistically.
Hopefully we get Moderna here sooner than later. Until then stay safe.
