888, Very Chinese in regards to lucky numbers.

I don't see many people coming. China, UK, and other countries are very wary of Southeast Asia and its multiple COVID-19 variants. Also it's monsoon season with its unpredictable weather.

Is Anutin's agency on the list?
Thats the first agency stumbling block I was looking for in the article.

People need to get the vaccine when they can. You can't depend on the government.
-
"The minister also said he had not been informed about some hospitals having to postpone vaccination appointments today adding, however, that they must provide an explanation if there are such delays."
The reason:
You didn't provide vaccines to the hospitals in question.
Anutin, the hub of excuses.

Phillippines and Malaysia get Astra Zeneca but their own people they don't care for....Strange country Thailand... For own people no sufficient vaccines but enough to send abroad...Money for the richest here. Shameless
Yes.
It's not reported in Thailand news though. The Philippine news site reported delays of the Thai manufactured Astrazeneca vaccines they were getting this month yesterday.

They have fresher milk than Big C and Tesco and usually pleasant staff.

Hard to wrap ones head around this governments priorities. Everything is so wrong it would be funny if it wasn't so life-threatening.
Also 6 million doses is actually 3 million. It takes two doses per person.
Anutin, what else can one say.

Would be fun if the US demands foreign nationals get priority.
Anybody confused or sad by this should be aware that was China's demand. 500,000 Sinovac BUT 150,000 are for Chinese nationals only. Anutin agreed as always taking away vital nurses to vaccinate Chinese Nationals. Thailand did get 350000 almost useless Sinovac vaccines though with there 54% rate.

You need to sign up with a LINE account, which I don't have, and have no interest in obtaining.
Not sure if there is some kickback to LINE or what, but I would like to know what other avenue there is to register.
I will not take an emergency use vaccine unless forced to, i.e. being prohibited from traveling, etc. But I will register in case I am compelled, against my will to get one.
The Line app is very good. Free international calls and deep discounts on hotels and restaurants. I had your attitude until I used it. Saved me a few bucks every month.

October? Maybe. Also, does this mean anyone, any age or any health condition can get the Moderna vaccine as long as they are willing to pay for it? Or will a priority of need list be established as well(those who are older and/or with under lying health conditions be first). Either way I do no see myself or anyone else in my category(under 60 and in overall good health) getting vaccinated anytime in the near future.
Our family is on a waiting list at Udon Thani Bangkok Hospital. Its helpful if you hospital record with them.
Moderna would be my first choice the Pheizer.

Everyone but the Government thought what a great idea to have one factory make all the vaccines.
Whoever is in charge of this complete screw up costing people's lives should be assigned to an inactive post immediately!
-
I get confused with so many Deputy prime ministers. It's the same with the hundreds of generals here in Thailand.

It is time Thailand admitted they need the Farang manufactured vaccines (and Farang tourists) However probably very little of both available til well into next year.
Never happen with that Idiot Anutin calling the shots and vying for construction contracts from China at the expense of Thailands population.

These hospitals with so many people close together, limited bathroom facilities, and lack of hygiene will end up being super spreader debacles.

I wouldn't take the Sinovac jab and most Thais aren't stupid enough to take it either. Theres been no peer review so there obviously hiding the horid efficiency rating.

The problem with putting all your eggs in one basket:
Two doses of the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine were found to have only a 10.4% efficacy against mild-to-moderate infections caused by the B.1.351 South Africa variant, according to a phase 1b-2 clinical trial published on Tuesday in the New England Journal of Medicine.
