Same thing here. My wifes mother lives with us with nothing to worry about. Her 50 year old drug addled YaBa addicted son beat up his girlfriend. Now she's moved into her old lean to dump with him to take care of him since his girlfriend left him. It's the best thing that happened! I hated having the lazy sloth living with us.

I use an agent in Pattaya and I'm in Sakon Nakhon. Makes my life much easier. Once you're established with your agent you really don't have to visit or travel to Pattaya. Although it probably makes a nice break from Bangkok occasionally.

We've got a regular oven that's good. However, I found that the air fryer (Philips) cooks everything fast and even chicken breast is juicy. Chicken Wings for example, the skin is crispy the way I like it without deepfry badness. Theres plenty of recipes on YouTube and the web. Easy to clean. Fast cooking. Less electricity than full sized oven. Superior taste. Give it a try. Avoid the really cheap ones. They have a plasticy taste. Philips is great. Lazada is cheaper than buying it at Robinsons.
