    Their being unable to contact you, then, would be your problem, not the bank's...why would you not advise you bank of your correct address? The way that they would "contact you" if they needed to in the circumstances of the OP, would be to restrict your access to your funds making you contact them.

    Nonsense, they're not naming the mall because the mall is not implicated in the individual businesses' illegal operations. Malls lease premises, that's all, they don't sell goods.
