All the ticket sellers that are seen around the streets and malls are selling legitimate tickets, the ones that are offered online with no physical tickets may not be. They are also available at local lottery shops. Tickets are sold every day, there are two draws every month on the 1st and the 16th, Winnings can be claimed at any lottery shop/office, apart from the jackpots.

I'm telling you, all lottery shops/offices will pay out the smaller prizes, regardless of your nationality, I've had payouts.

Yes, why would they not pat out? The GLO website specifically states that anyone enter and be paid prizes and non-Thais have collected their winnings successfully.

No, they can't. Yes, they can, I have had B2000 payouts twice. Any lottery shop will pay out the smaller prizes, no need to involve banks.

Foreigners have always been able to buy lottery tickets and be paid winnings, it is not something that has just become legal.

It is not an "impossibility" and nothing has been "going on for years" in that context (that your tone suggests is dodgy) when multiple tickets of the same number are legitimately available.

Yes, they do, why would the GLO not pay out lottery prizes?. I've had a pay out from a winning ticket.
