  1. HSBC Singapore aren't about to debank me because I'm not resident. That's because HSBC Singapore know that you're a non-resident expat and they allow it! HSBC (UK) doesn't for non-residents, they're not doing anything that they're not obligated to do.
  2. Why? What makes having funds in a Thai bank any less safe than those funds being in any other countries' banks?

Interpol is not a police force it's an inter-governmental organisation, it does not arrest anyone. 9. Vorayuth has received no sentences that could be reduced, he hasn't even been to court yet, never mind been found guilty, never mind been sentenced!
  10. Perfectly legal for expat UK pensions to be claimed in Thailand.
  11. I'm pretty sure that pensioners are required to advise the DWP of any change in their personal circumstances that could affect their eligibility.
  12. "There will be no services available from 18 March 2024 at the old address - The Trendy Office Building, 28th Floor, 10/200 , Sukhumvit Soi 13 , Sukhumvit Road, Klongtoey-Nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110" Thailand.
  13. Being a signatory on someone else's account does not give that person the right to make transactions after the death of the account holder.
  14. That's not what POAs are for, they cease on the death of the donor so, after you mother's death, there was no POA.
  15. "...unless you also have another set of eyes in the back of your head..." Possibly, after he's been hit hard from behind!
  16. Where is the part in which she says that he was in the right hand lane?
  17. Did the victim not contribute in any way to the accident? What is it with some of you who immediately blame the hit and run driver for causing the accident?...Jesus, I thought worms were lowlifes.
  18. Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise and all that nonsense.
