    This is what was actually reported in the OP... "...found shell casings and a bullet that had not been fired", "...At the scene, three shell casings from .38 and 9mm bullets were found". Clearly the casings from the three shots and probably a pluralisation typo of the "unfired bullet". It's not difficult to understand.

    No, it is not, the bank was claiming that she made the transactions (which could well be true) and that her making a false accusation of theft/fraud against it would not be wise.

    You're assuming that the bank is at fault when it could be in the right. Since when has it been an offence to warn a customer not to make a false accusation of theft?

    Taking the michael is also "real", and it's not someone's name so small m. No it is not, the traditional phrase is "Taking the mickey", or the corrupted, pretentious version, "Extracting the Michael". There is no such word as "michael" (uncapitalised), except as a proper name which is written as "Michael", with a capital letter!
