  1. "Prostitution is illegal but NANA and cowboy in Bk Walking street Beach road and soi buakow in Pattaya flourish with bars that openly advertise the availability". None of those bars advertise prostitution being available. "..making vanilla porn movies is illegal because sex is illegal..." Sex is not illegal.
  2. It's the filming, production and distribution of pornography that is the issue, not the sex.
  3. Nope, a glass front does not qualify as windows to me, its just that a glass front facade, the inside which was the entire length of the club had zero window openings "...the club had zero window openings" Apart from the entire glass front of the building.
  4. "That's your best answer". That's your best answer? She doesn't have the car, doesn't have the blue book and doesn't know where the car is.
  5. ? And "? And" What? You mean, "And?" Maybe you should look at the post that I was referring to, I think glass qualifies as being windows.
  6. "...should have been all over it a long time ago". Since June, yeah.
  7. Have you not read anything about this? It was licenced as a restaurant, i.e. it was unlicenced as a pub.
  8. It only opened in June this year, hardly time to make any monthly stipends!
  9. "...the less than fireproof insulation and the contractor who installed it! Yai Star Insulation Co, owned by Phichet Thinon.
  10. "A 27 year old businessman with an intellectual development level of a 3 year old?" Where was that garbage stated?
  11. Would be one of the many the company is an agent for but you'll find out, either when you complete an application, or, when they issue an acceptance of your application.
  12. And those companies are?????? Ask WRLife. You'd know when you complete the application form presumably, or when your application is accepted.
  13. WRLife are brokers according to their website, the companies whose policies they sell are the underwriters of the policies. https://www.wrlife.net/pdf_files/INSURANCE POLICY ENGLISH.pdf
  14. "new blue UK passports are now being issued, why is ones date of birth, and the issue and expiry date of the new passport written in both English and FRENCH" Better ask the Home Office. Or read this... https://www.connexionfrance.com/article/Practical/Your-Questions/Everyday-Life/Why-do-UK-passports-have-French-translations-on-them
  15. Essentially, that's b0llocks legally, but in reality your advice is probably the best.
  16. If they were married, he wouldn't be referring to her as the girlfriend.
  17. I don't see how the car can ever be put into her name, she's not mentioned in the will, presumably, the Line message means nothing legally, she was just a girlfriend, not his wife and she doesn't have possession of the car or its documents. Even looks as though she doesn't have anymore "entitlement" to the car than the nurse does.
  18. Ridiculous, obviously, but, even if she did do that, property owned by him before the marriage does not become hers.
  19. I don't understand how his sons in the US could assume ownership of property in Thailand (the car), particularly as he, presumably, didn't leave it to his sons in his will as he'd already promised the car to his girlfriend.
  20. Sorry, you'll only get Thaivisa posters' advice! Only kidding...sort of.
