Yes, I can honestly say that I have never moaned about any of the things that you reference, although I have to admit I don't even know what "inverted price structure" means. I cannot remember when soi dogs were ever a problem in the parts of Bangkok that I have lived in or go to. I have never complained about corruption as that would be hypocritical, I doubt that there are many people who have not had some benefit from corruption, whether, just to give a couple of examples, it is police "discretion" on traffic offences or enjoying a drink after official hours. I'm sure that others have experience of taking advantage of other areas that corruption may affect. What "noise" is it that you assume people should be complaining about?
