Post-mortems are not performed to determine what "happened", they are to determine just the cause of death and, in the case that you allege happened you don't think that the cause of death could have been heart failure (which stops breathing)? Did you read the post-mortem report in the case that you say you know of in Thai or was it a translation from Thai to English?

"No" to all of that nonsensical fear-mongering. All Wise wants is an address for you as required by US regulations, not by Wise. Give Wise that and all would be sorted. There is no rational reasoning that living or retiring overseas is to be prohibited. Obviously. If you're a sole US citizen, your citizenship cannot be "cancelled". Obviously.
