  1. Someone needs to explain to you the no visa comparable to the TP Card visa is available for B1,900 at IB.
  2. Thai economics 101. Nah, just Asean Now posters' misinterpretation 101 of the article in which there was no mention of the economics of the TP card, positive or negative, being the reason for the changes.
  3. Perhaps there is no shortage of demand, what makes you think that there is? Maybe they have been attracting too many of the wrong type of "expat" and that is the reason for the restructuring? That is just common sense.
  4. Where was it stated that expected revenue fell short and that they were making losses? Perhaps they're trying to restrict the types who apply for the TP cards?
  5. Take a trip down Nana, Soi4 or Soi 22! Their jobs are to interact with the 'kin customers by getting drinks!
  6. Obviously, it was a typoed DATY. Eating "count", if you like, without the "o".
  7. In MY experience they do not. There are plenty of bars where the girls mingle with the customers, they do not all remain behind the bar!
  8. Why should "we all" stop using something that doesn't cause "us" an allergic reaction?
  9. There are plenty of bars where the girls mingle with the customers, they do not all remain behind the bar!
  10. How could you know that she is a bar girl? They have bar girls working in Market Village?
  11. It seems as though you already know the answer having already asked the Danish police!...
  12. Better take that up with the person who granted the royal pardon, then. "Royal Pardon is the granting of pardon to a person inflicted the punishment. The pardon may be either in the form of an unconditional release, a commutation or reduction of punishment. This depends on the discretion of His Majesty the King as stated in Section 221 and 225 of the Constitution (B.E. 2540) and Section 259 to 267 of Division 7: Pardon, Commutation and Reduction of Punishment in the Criminal Procedure Code Amendment Act (No. 23), B.E. 2548".
  13. What happened? You got it wrong. A prisoner can request a royal pardon at the start of his sentence. https://en.correct.go.th/information-statistics/information/royal-pardon/
  14. Seems that you think that you know more about it than the person who actually granted the reported royal pardon. If it wasn't a pardon, obviously, it would not have been reported as a royal pardon!
  15. A pardon, with one year to serve. Why are you contradicting what has been reported about the royal pardon?
  16. We can comment, as you did! He was granted a pardon from his crimes but has to serve one year.
  17. Any prisoner is also permitted to request a pardon on admittance to the prison at the start of his sentence... "Individual Royal Pardon Individual Royal Pardon is granted as a matter of routine procedure. Any convicted prisoner or a concerned person wishing to petition his Majesty the King praying for pardon may do so by submitting such petition through official channel. However, whether or not the pardon is granted shall be subject to the King’s discretion based on the recommendation submitted by the Minister of Justice. Who can submit a petition? Convicted prisoners Concerned persons: parents, offsprings and spouse Diplomatic representatives (only in the case of foreign prisoners) (Note: Lawyers are not regarded as concerned persons) When can the petition be submitted? For prisoners imposed with sentence other than death, the petition can be submitted at once the case becomes final". https://en.correct.go.th/information-statistics/information/royal-pardon/
  18. Who doesn't care, about what and which birds are you suggesting are flocking together?
  19. The same article also stated that he has to serve one year in prison, you missed that out for some reason.
