  2. Unless one of the many exemptions apply.
  3. Unless that person qualifies for one of the many WP exemptions...Are you hard to understand or are you naive? [sic]
  4. Clownish and arrogant answers like yours are not worthy of a response. Yet you responded!
  5. I'm not that interested. You were. And you were interested enough to make a comment about your inability to distinguish a male from a female even though provided with sound and visual clues!
  6. thanks for joining As I said, it's only you who cares.
  7. Who hasn't! The sentences are usually suspended, though.
  8. IMHO, the Thai script bugs a lot more on a lighted keyboard than a standard keyboard. The Thai script on the backlit keys on my Asus is not noticeable in comparison to the English lettering.
  9. What brand is it? Asus.
  10. I keep the sound off unless there is something in particular that I want to listen to. Turn it on and you'd have got all the information you needed.
  11. Nobody has ever questioned mine, ever. Good for you. How many times have you had to present it? I take it you're referring to an illegal, unofficial "IDP", not issued by your country's DL/IDP authority, yes?
  12. Not in Asia...as such...either!

  14. It's been touched on many times already in my comments and I'm not about to give much more detail for fear of losing my anonymity here. I may answer specific questions, even though so many members here have sneered and doubted the veracity and accuracy of my comments...as AN posters are wont to do.
  15. The "who's/whose" abuse also. The abuse of what he was actually charged with and convicted of also stings a bit!
  16. "...he got life , not even drug related". Possibly worse than that, he was convicted of human trafficking after luring the women to work as waitresses or housekeeping staff of hotels, resorts or restaurants. https://www.sunstar.com.ph/more-articles/aussie-gf-charged-with-trafficking-six-women-to-sin Doesn't appear that he was "only going there for a week holiday", at all.
  17. "Jail's in Asia ,whose been jailed?" I'm very familiar with someone who's been jailed here. I was also a prison visitor for a number of years.
  18. Go on, I give up, who did?
  19. My Thai-bought laptop has got "£" on "3".
  20. I had already watched the video and as i said, I couldn't tell you which one was the girl. With the assistance of the audio and considering the size and stature of the male (on the right) it's very obvious which is which. Perhaps you were just having an insensitive and unamusing dig at the girl.
  21. In general, all laptops sold in Thailand have English as the predominant script on the keys, the Thai script is barely noticeable.
  22. Try watching the video, then you'd know.
  23. Jesus...only just seen that this thread is 2 1/2 sodding years old!
