  1. It's much worse, most people now realise that "global warming" is not a threat at all neither is it something that humans can do much about.
  2. Not at all. most tourists to a tropical country who need sunscreen would be bringing it with them.
  3. Have you any idea how ridiculous that sounds in practise where there is less than 2 car widths in-between the curb/buildings and the yellow lines........ No, I don't. Crossing into the path of oncoming traffic is a lot more ridiculous than overtaking safely on your own side of the road.
  4. The yellow centre lines do not mean "No overtaking", they mean "No crossing the yellow lines". Passing other vehicles is permitted on your own side of the lines.
  5. Quote the part from the OP where that was stated, then.
  6. Pretty much everyone can say for sure that a suffocated cat is not going to be clawing at anything.
  7. "...Thailand loves to woe...." How does Thailand cause sorrow or distress to tourists?
  8. "Ehhhh" [sic], read the OP. Nowhere in the OP does it mention that she was invited to paint the nude (or any) mural by the hotel.
  9. "...the hotel gave permission!" Don't talk nonsense...where in the OP was it stated that the hotel gave permission for the original nude? Read again and learn.
  10. Because he met his wife online. Married her the month after arriving and transferred 80% of what he owned to her. Lives upcountry in her village. Jealousy "Because he met his wife online". Who did? "Because he met his wife online. Married her the month after arriving and transferred 80% of what he owned to her. Lives upcountry in her village. Jealousy" What are you talking about? What's the connection between that nonsense and closing legitimate businesses ?
  11. Did he? Where was it reported that she was a prostitute and whore?
  12. Judge Aileen Cannon threw out the case based on her saying Special Consul Smith was not a valid appointment. Nothing to do with the boxes. So a dismissal. irrelevant on what it was based. And he was a Special Counsel, not a Special Consul.
  13. and the result of his prosecution was what?
  14. For which there was not enough evidence to prosecute.
  15. Not including yourself??? Not including hardly anyone!
  16. Well, they're not, they're volunteers.
  17. No, they're not, where has that been credibly reported that all the retirees who can are selling up? One or two may have done, how many to your personal knowledge have done so? It appears that you may perhaps be a member of the "No Tourists Are Coming To Thailand Now Club"
  18. You described the man as her (the mother's) husband. She cannot be single! "I went out with a Thai woman ... her husband was dying..."
  19. What's the relevance? No one in this OP had split up.
  20. Maybe for the same reason that he was seeing her mother?
