    I'd assume that your ex-spouse would have to file a claim in the country where the assets are, not in Thailand, and where they are covered by the pre-nup.

    Nonsense. The B300 is not charged according to skin colour, neither are the Parks' entrance fees.

    There is no suggestion from the government that the B300 is for "health or accident cover" for tourists. It is obviously intended to offset some of the governments cost of those who do not pay, it is not an insurance policy.

    That's right, I agree, that's how the law works...commit offences, go to court, be found guilty, get fines for those offences, but the fines are not arbitrary, they are set out in the statutes.
