  1. Honestly. I really don't know because Lazada is the only site on which I've encountered this issue. However, I do know from personal experience and observation that they used to publish such reviews and then started rejecting them. Perhaps it's a defamation issue when it comes to anonymous claims of counterfeits that cannot be confirmed as genuine?
  2. Is there any comparable site that does publish counterfeit item reports?
  3. Don't hold your breath! Wonder why Lazada-bashing and Shopee-bashing has become so popular here lately, I never have any problems with orders as long as I read the information first!
  4. What's so different or sucks so much about Shopee's payment procedure? I've just placed an order and clicked on the card that I've registered and the purchase was completed with an OTP...almost exactly the same procedure as Lazada but perhaps takes ten seconds longer to input the OTP.
  5. Statute of limitations is 20 years in case of an offence punishable with death, imprisonment for life or imprisonment of 20 years.
  6. That's a way for him to get a UK mobile number? I'll give it a try also.
  7. Christmas party gifts? How lovely, something that's always been on my wish list!
  8. So the 'Headlinie Topic' is really a bait and switch on us? What? I didn't say that, I suggested that the provided links are relevant to the OPs published here.
  9. How is PayPal "cutting off its nose to spiting its face"? You don't think that PP relies on expats diminutive amounts of business to survive, do you?
  10. What makes you so sure that PP has a choice? Pose the question to PP reps and they'll tell you that it's the government that's making the regulations and PP has to abide by them.
  11. Are you sure about that? When you try to get an additional card you'll have to produce your passport and they will immediately know that you've already got a card. Issuing a new card will defeat the object of the exercise.
  12. For Ebay just use the same card that was linked to your PP account. I made an eBay purchase last week and the seller stated that only PP was acceptable for payment. I continued to the payment section and there is the option to use the same debit card as well as PP. The non-PP payment was accepted with no issue.
  13. Hahahahahaaa!! I didn't really want that info, I was just hoping, and wasn't disappointed, that your response would confirm that you haven't actually lobbied anyone about PP! "I'm guessing you are either German or American anyways". You're wrong again...anyways. "Anyways"? I'm guessing that you're not an American yet you use that awful American English, very odd.
  14. and old farting Vespa's LOL Black smoke-belching diesel pickup are modified so can be ticketed, unfortunately old, farting, 2-stroke Vespas are not illegal.
  15. "What on earth are you smoking?" Reality is what I indulge in. Doughnuts can be ordered the previous night by any prisoners for the next morning (as you would know if you'd spent any time in Klong Prem), as can other food items to supplement, or have in place of, what is offered free, three times a day, for example. What prison shop? Every prison has a shop for the inmates. Bread, marg, jam, canned fish, 3-in-1 coffee sachets (hot water provided by the prison in the mornings), pot noodle and pot rice tubs and many other food items plus small selection of clothing such as shorts are available. All prisoners have a prison account opened for them into which visitors can deposit cash up to B9,000 and a card is issued a card for them to use for purchases. Items that are bought by the prisoners have the cost deducted from the balance of those accounts. There is also a convenience store-type shop on the visitors side where many items can be bought by visitors and delivered to inmates. Ice cream was frequently sent in from the visitors shop for prisoners.
  16. To escape by forcing their way through the police cordon, en masse, does not mean that they "simply left".
  17. That's because a WP is required to obtain a B visa. Many foreigners are shareholders in Thai companies but choose other visas that cover their circumstances that do not require WPs.
  18. I'd love to know where you think that you saw that "decision" (that I didn't make).
  19. Liverpool Lou = Troll. There was something inaccurate in that comment of mine?
  20. That's been refuted as false information by the owner, the animal is not for sale.
