Sorry, I disagree. Retail banks do not have duties, nor obligations, to communities and small businesses", they are private companies, not community credit unions or state agencies. Their duties and obligations are only to their customers and shareholders and those obligations do not include bad lending policies. Their banking licences do not obligate them to do anything to "balance their licences".

Usually not allowed. You can't take possession of an item from the driver and open it without paying, they're supposed to get the cash before releasing the item. Garbage, all insurance is not a scam. It is a calculated gamble for both parties, that's all. The 90%+ of claimants, in general, who are paid out on their insurance claims do not regard it as a scam.

Keep up, it's at $769 today, The stock has not "plummeted", it has moved gradually downwards with some substantial increases over the last six months. To have "plummeted" the price would have to have moved dramatically downwards in a very short period, it hasn't done that.
