    Those police officers do not have their weapons holstered on display, they are concealed in that bum bag. Had he threatened the officers? Could there not have been a firearm or other weapon in his bag at the time? He was not yet restrained in the photo so how do you know that he had been compliant?

    Quite, it does seem that way, I wonder why? How many times have we seen ladyboys steal neck chains from Indians, reported here on AN, i have lost count, do they get 5 years in prison, I wonder? Why do you say that? There have been many reports here of LBs and Thai being arrested for snatching jewellery.

    Maybe open your eyes. Who carries their passport while out walking the pooch in the dark ? What's the dog walking got to do with it? Does that affect whether someone carries their passport or not?
