Yes.
I did preface the statement in my reply with a firm 'IMO'.
Am I not allowed to have an opinion?
No, you did not preface that comment with anything and yes, you are allowed an opinion, did anyone say that you aren't? Here's your "unprefaced" comment...
It shouldn't be.
See, no preface.
Yes, I have.
I just come straight out and ask them.
Most of them admit that they are.
That's as likely to be true as your Russian/Japanese family comparison story is.
...The war is still ongoing and more Russian cannon fodder is needed.
Why are they sunning themselves on Thai beaches?
So what, if they've already served as required or maybe in the category that does not have to serve? Why shouldn't they sun themselves on a beach, is it not allowed?
No, literally, they are not in every condo building, every restaurant and every train in Thailand and you have no way of knowing which, if any of them, are draft dodgers. If they are, it has bugger-all to do with you, or anyone else, except their government.
What's right with them?
Did you read my OP?
I did. You cited one alleged example of one mother, that's all, and there is no confirmation that your improbable-sounding tale was true and unembellished.
