    Of course they do. They can't afford it but it's necessary. It should not be part of your plans however. Doesn't cost anything to go to (and stay all day in) Starbucks, as so many "customers" do, they'll even give free cups of water. EDIT: Yes, it is "Sad", not saying that's what I do.
