  1. it is hard to really receive justice anywhere. bureaucracies have made it impossible to to receive justice using the proper channels. I have been trying to receive justice for about a year now with some people that stole my money. nothing ever happened even though the police know everything about it and know who did it. AsianPay ... they will steal your money and get away with it.

  2. No such thing as an amateur event anymore. The Olympics have been open for years. Can you imagine the American basketballers participating for no fee ?

they get paid by their sponsors but i don't think the US government gives them a dime. at least i hope not.

as for Thailand giving prize money and its legality in accordance with the Olympic Commission???

15 Million Baht per gold medal winner regardless of the sport. Legal or not?

  3. My wife tells me that the Thai government gives Thai Olympic contestants 15 million baht if they win a gold medal. Is this true? If it is true, is it legal? I always thought that the Olympics was an amateur event and that awarding prize money was strictly forbidden. Sure the winners can use their success for financial gains by other means such as sponsorship after the fact, but I always thought prize money was a no no.

    Does anyone know?

  4. my wife suggested it to me because a lot of money could be made in massage, but i said no because i didn't want her hands caressing horny old men for a few hours at a time.

    Well, she's caressing YOU...isn't she???? That doesn't count??? :o

i'm the only horny man she is allowed to touch

  5. Strange

Would you also believe that there are maaaany farangs out there who didn't have to pay any? :o

    i paid nothing.

edit: you can't pay if you have no money. she stayed with me anyway. considers me a long term investment, and that i will payout in the long run. her pet name for me is 401k.

  6. It would be a shame if it was just a freak electrical fire that was misconstrued as vandalism/arson which caused the organization to shut down under false pretenses. If it was indeed an act of arson it would similarly be a shame that PAC would be unable to continue operation due to fear of repeat offenses. I hate to see the victim victimized. Punishing PAC for being the victim of suspected arson is the opposite of what needs to be done in this situation. I don't have the answers, but it saddens me to see the way this is being handled.

  7. Take a trip to Bangkok and visit the Economic Crime Division of The Royal Thai Police which is responsible for such crime. Their Office is located at:

    The Royal Thai Police

    Economic Crime Investigation Division

    Central Investigation Bureau

    North Sathorn Road, Bangrak District

    Bangkok 10500

    Title of Head: Commander

    Tel.:(662)235.28.27

    Fax:(662)234.68.06

    Superintendent of Sub-Division 3

    Tel.:(662)234.10.64(ext. 117)

    Fax:(662)266.78.55

    Cheers.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will follow up on this.

  8. You did not answer the question.

Yes I called the CM police and they said it was not their problem. They told me it was a civil matter. Others have gone to Chiang Mai and have had more luck than me. The police went to their house and he could not be found. The manager of the real estate office says that she had not seen him for nearly a year. The police failed to contact immigration to find that simple fact.

I will take your advise however and continue beating my head against a brick wall to see if I can find any more information.

The people that had more luck than me reported their story at this website http://kanitamo.com/carlossorioasianpaychi...leourmoney.html

I will be joining them soon in a second trip to the area.

  9. Below are the websites that are run by or at least managed by AsianPay and Carlo Sorio. Be wary of using any of these services. The owner is under investigation for fraud and is currently on the run. He owes millions of baht to customers. Lies and deception used to explain as to why there is no payment or why it is late. Warn others against these sites as well. If you decided to use these websites don't forget that I warned you. ALL THESE ARE RUN OUT OF THAILAND AND THE AUTHORITIES ARE DOING NOTHING TO SHUT THEM DOWN!

  10. Have you asked CM Police to check with Immigration if Carlos is still in Thailand?

I'd be surprised if that is his real name.

    10/10 for the heads-up.

We have reason to believe that he is hiding in Italy because of the IP address that is shown from his emails.

Mrs. Supattra Charoenku who is also a director of the company is still in Thailand and is still conducting business (fraud).

Supposedly Mr Sorio is being sought after by the police, but I have only heard this secondhand. Mrs. Supattra Charoenku states that Mr Sorio is still in Thailand and is still managing his "business".

This whole thing is very confusing and I understand why the Thai police want nothing to do with it. I feel terrible for the people who have lost millions of baht. I have only lost just over a $1000 now, however I want to see an end put to this crime in order to prevent other victims from losing God knows how much. If you visit their websites they are all still operating and still accepting money and e-currencies.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated and more than likely rewarded.

  11. Attached are the emails that have been sent to me over the last 11 months. Does anyone have any idea of what I can do legally. The incompetence of law enforcement and the lawyers in this country are baffling. I would hate to have to take the law into my own hands and end up putting myself into a worse situation.

    you are very patient...hats off

believe me, the patients has been required because the Thai law enforcement don't see it as their problem. They say it is a civil matter (which means they have no idea what crime this is) and the lawyers are just a baffled about crime committed on the internet as the incompetent police in Chiang Mai.

Thailand seems like it is the perfect breeding ground for online fraud.
