Thai health care is cost 30 baht how much is it in your country.
I pay for my health care here and it's cheaper than getting a prescription from a UK doctor and paying at a chemist.
How about the open heart surgery ?

My Son has spend every one of his school days for the past 6 months on a Laptop computer, he has had an iPad since the age of about 2 years old - he can name all the planets in the solar system and even had an argument with me when he was 4 because I didn’t realise Pluto had been declassified !!!...
We’re not talking about kids glued to trashy cartoons all day long without supervision - everyone knows this is wrong.
Kids with inquisitive minds will always learn, many kids arent like that.

my first quest would be to teach any kid what the word "take care" means as in learning stuff doesnt come free becuase what I see these days is a total lack of care with almost everything, cant take care then instead you get this time old favourite

Met my school teacher wife on Thaifriendly in June 2015, flew to meet meet her August, Married her in September. Together now 6 years , 1 child. Most suitable lady for me I have ever met, good mother, financially sensible and a good brain (probably married below her in that regard). Only woman I have met that I know will stay with me and take care of me in old age.
That said, there is some right nutcases, hookers and scammers on there too. Good luck
But did she have a "smashing blouse"

Wher is that available? I haven't been keeping tracking of the best insurance but I'll need it to meet the ridiculous entry requirements. Best I can find is AXA, 2 weeks for 1,900 baht.
Dont know Wife did it for me last year when covid kicked off then renewed it this year 800 baht , probably doesnt cover 50k$, and dont forget that lovely new 500 baht entry fee, I mean theyre going to get 40 million visitors FOR SURE and surely 40 million x 500 baht will cover the miniscule amount of hospitalisations...you think
