I believe some South American games are on TRUE. Espn are showing 2 Asian qualifiers. Just seen that GMM have dropped live coverage of England's game at Montenegro. if anyone sees the BKK post tmrw, or hear what channel it's on, or for any other games please post here.
So far I know Wales vs Croatia 2:45am GMM sport one and Ireland vs Austria GMM sport extra 2:45am.
True so far have on their website Azerbaijan vs Poland on HD and TS1 midnight and France Vs Spain on TS1 and HD 3am.

The first Lanna derby of the season vs lamphun warriors this Wednesday 7pm at 700yr stadium. If previous fixtures are anything to go by, then this should be a tasty affair! Come on you tigers!!!

I strongly advise that any diagnosis you get from Ram, you get confirmed by seeking a 2nd opinion elsewhere!

Tried unsuccessfully to check True's website but can't find the info. Does anyone know what games are on? I think GMM are also showing some games too. South American qualifiers are on breakfast time tmrw also.

CTH plan to launch 8 sports channels for EPL coverage. The deal is for all 380 games and EPL shows, so for those able to access CTH nothing will change I think. Question is what is on offer via the satellite partner for those unable to access CTH's services.
-
Latest is that CTH are having difficulty in obtaining the local cable companies not under their umbrella. Companies such as WETV in Chiangmai are standing firm, as CTH are demanding their full customer database, take over billing cycle and take 15-25% of their subscription fees. TRUE apparently are in talks to show some games, but they are unsure if they will, as it depends on the cost and importance of matches offered. If CTH can't do a deal with these other cable operators, then they will have no choice to partner with someone.

Itunes 11.0.2 on windows 7. I only have one version of itunes.
-
This is driving me insane! Just did the update, kept my old playlists, had a few songs I wanted to transfer that I hadn't created playlists for in old version, but wouldn't do it for love nor money. Checked default settings recognise the audio files as itunes. Unchecked everything linked with itunes, such as match, genius and icloud, signed out and signed back in. Will simply not allow me to drag and drop any kind of music file into a new playlist since update like it used to allow in the old version, even songs currently in playlists that I tried to create a new mix playlist for just to check if it was new or old music files causing the promlem, but it's not. ARRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHH!
Can anyone please help?

I know a place in Chiangmai that did exactly the same thing with a mate's Iphone that he sent me. Unlocked for networks and unblocked as reported stolen and IMEI code needs resetting. Only way to do this in this case is tech guys take the phone apart and replace a chip inside. Including jailbreak cost 3500.

Latest news is that CTH cancelled a media trip to the UK to sign the contract with the EPL. They should have gone last week. This could of course mean nothing, but watch this space.

What German sports are you after? If you're after the bundesliga you should install a GMM box costs 300 baht a month for sports package.
-
Really??? So, there is no way to use this service unless you get the visa before via E-visa? Where does it state this?
-
Here's the latest. True in talks with CTH about the possibility of some matches being shown on their platform. But it appears that it's now not the be all and end all for them.

Thanks, but is the E-Visa a necessity, or can it be done at the border when travelling on this new bus and if so how? Everyone gets off and does it themselves, or an immigration official or bus rep' will take the passports and do for you?
-
Can anyone advise on how the visa is obtained by entering Cambodia on the new bus service from Mo Chit? Do you need the E-visa? If not, do you have to que yourself at the border, or will someone from immigration come on the bus and take everyone's passports while we just wait?

Same size dish as True, just pointed in a different direction. This is just a rumour at the moment. CTH are a cable network, but have limited coverage at present in Thailand. A satellite set up of some kind must surely be done to be sure of blanket coverage. They also have the rights in Laos and Cambodia remember, so maybe another reason why these channels are available on satellite.
-
This was mentioned previously that CTH channels had been found on this satellite. This could be the solution to any problems with coverage.
-
I also heard CTH will be rebranded and relaunched around mid March. So hopefully something more will develop after that.
-
I still think it's possible a deal will be done with a satellite partner. If CTH fail to provide blanket coverage, then the contract will be cxl by the EPL. This came directly from their media press officer when I phones them. Channels such as NHK, DISNEY & BBC are offered by True on an a la carte basis. CTH will launch 8 EPL channels. I'll be surprised if a couple aren't made available by a satellite provider.

I feel this thread is unfair to Sarasas Chiangmai and has gone completely off topic.
Shouldawoulda, who stated he/she has been working in K.G for 5 years does not work for this school. The current longest serving KG teacher has been there for 3 years.
Romklao school is in Bangkok.
Wolf5370, who commented on the the teacher that gets drunk every night, mentioned that he was not a teacher back in the states. In the whole 5 years that Sarasas Chiangmai has been open, no American teachers have worked there. In fairness to wolf5370, I think he pointed out it related to another school.
Sarasas is a big chain of schools in Thailand, I think there are over 30 different schools in total. The biggest has about 9000 students. Sarasas Romklao has about 5000 students. I think Sarasas Witead Chiangmai has about 1200 students at present.
I suggest to the OP to make a list of the schools he would like to check and request to sit in on a lesson and make his own mind up. I'm sure any school that has good values in education will happily agree to this. I know that Sarasas Chiangmai has held regular demo lessons to prospective parents, who would like to send their child there. You may need to check when the next demo lesson will be, as I'm not sure they organise them on an individual basis.
I suggest it would be only fair for future posts on this thread to be about any experiences people have had regarding Sarasas Chiangmai school only, as the OP's question was about his decision to send his child to this school and not any of the others in the Sarasas chain.
