It means the days of expats getting to come on here to let others know how little they paid for a procedure at a public hospital may not long last.

Doctors whom you visit at a private hospital may soon say to expats more often: If you're not willing to let me earn a reasonable amount of money for a procedure at my private hospital rather than have me do it at my public hospital where I will earn far less for the same procedure, Go somewhere else.

I spent a week inpatient at a big private hospital. Plenty of older nurses along with the young pretty ones. But the hottest of them all was the girl from the cashier's office. WOW!
