The people that hang around at the bars and drink all night (some sit there at daytime already and drink). In Central Pattaya you will see mostly male tourists looking for booze and sex at night. You cannot even walk on the Beach Road at night time if you want to avoid the sex business.

I never saw such a boring video about Pattaya ????.

You are sure that you did not choose the wrong video? This is the Pattaya version for family tourists ????. On YouTube there are endless other videos that show the sex and booze nightlife ????. The noisiest place is Central Pattaya. Avoid it if you don't want to hear extreme noise and if you don't want to see hookers, sex tourists and booze tourists. Many parts of Central Pattaya are red light districts.

Probate Procedure in Pattaya - The information that I could get

You need a certificate that you legally inherited something. This you will have to show to banks for instance. And this court procedure checks everything and gives you this certificate. -
Probate Procedure in Pattaya - The information that I could get

Perhaps it is of interest for some. Recently I asked some bigger law companies how much it would cost if they support the probate procedure here at the court in Pattaya. Costs in Baht were 150,000 to 200,000 plus costs per visit 3000 to 5000 plus the cost for the court about 5000. Then I went to the court. I didn't have long trousers but they gave me something to cover my legs (like in some temples). You also need the passport as ID. Went up to the second floor into a room with five lawyers. They were extremely friendly. They told me the total costs for lawyer and court will be about 30,000 to 50,000 Baht. Will take two to three months at the moment. If you need their service simply go to the court. There will be always lawyers sitting around. They also told me that a handwritten Will is no problem. No need for witnesses then. But you need to write such things like date and location and express clearly that this is your last will. Also a list with all accounts and other valuable things will be needed. You will need a certified translation for all documents that are not in Thai like Will, birth certificate... But anyhow - they will explain everything to the person who goes there. -
Good idea. But better buy something like this at Lazada for 300 to 400 Baht. I couldn't live without it. Can C/F, will show min/max temperature and you can even set alarms. It has a magnet so that it can be attached outside the freezer. Batteries last forever. Put the sensor units in plastic bags to avoid that they will get wet.

Did you try this?

When I bought my Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 there was a lot of "useless" bloatware pre-installed. One of it was OfficeSuite. It can do Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Works perfectly. Has only the disadvantage that you have to pay if you want to save Excel in the old xls format. It can read it for free. Xlsx is no problem but on my computer I have Office 2003 ☺️☺️☺️ that cannot handle xlsx. Okay, there is free online conversion from xlsx to xls available. This OfficeSuite "useless" bloatware still works on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 Plus too????????????. But I don't need Excel on a daily basis otherwise there would be a better version than Office 2003 on my computer.

Can the Excel version read and write xls and xlsx files? Are there any problems regarding compatibility for simple Excel sheets? Do you know a free Android version?

They sell the whole Microsoft Office 2021 Pro for about 200 Baht on Lazada. But I have to admit that I never tried it.

German man in north sets fire to pick-up after argument with wife

Don't marry... ????❤️???? -
I am not kidding now. I have an account at Metrobank Philippines and every 2 years I have to make a transaction so that my account doesn't get dormant. Normally I live in Thailand and don't use this account anymore (lived before on the Philippines for a while). I donate every 2 years an amount to UNESCO Philippines to avoid that my account gets dormant. If she has an account at Metrobank send me a PM with her account details and I will transfer 100 Pesos to her account. UNESCO or this girl does not make any difference. I just need a transaction every 2 years. We will find out then if she wants to have more. ????

Yes - the people thousands of years ago were more clever. See the result in the picture. But jumping to today - yes, storage mediums will degrade chemically and technically. Does anyone still have floppy disks or CD RW, or...

Data that change often you should keep in clouds in addition. But there are data like old photos, videos and documents that will not change anymore. Harddisk with such data you can keep in a bank safe (as an additional storage location).

I have both SMR and CMR. The read speeds are comparable. But not so the write speeds especially if you write big amounts of data in a short time. This has to do with the overlapping tracks at SMR drives. Some SD Cards are faster then... But I have to admit that I write GB of data in a short time (videos). But then they rest there in a kind of archive. For video editing I had RAID 0 with 3 CMR drives. Now I don't do this anymore. Here an overview for Seagate drives https://www.seagate.com/internal-hard-drives/cmr-smr-list/

SSDs for backup are a waste of money... I always have my backups on hard disks. But the most important data is also in a cloud. There could be fire or water damage in your home and then there might nothing be left if you had the data only in one location. Good to have copies of data in different places if they are important. Perhaps one hard disk at home and a copy of it in a bank safe.

If you scroll up a little bit you will see my router and the nice story behind it. I got it from https://aseannow.com/profile/141067-roodujardin/ on the 4th of October. Thank you Roo again for it ???????????? I test the SIMs at beginning with phone / tablet and then only with the router. This is what I want to use in the end. Regarding the Dtac SIM - the router had even a better download speed than the other devices but only a fraction of the upload speed. Tested many times but will test again... Let me use this occasion to talk a little bit about the router. Outside pictures of it are here enough already. It seems to be a European model (see languages in picture 1). The only country specific firmware that I could find was for GB. Perhaps there are others but I did not find them. The firmware of this router is still the first version (2016). There were some updates but so far it works perfectly. This router has the advantage that it is impossible to brick it (it has a recovery mode for such a problem). So perhaps I will upgrade it later. On this first picture it shows 100 percent signal quality with the AIS SIM (I don't get this with Dtac). It has 2 antennas. Here my experience in regard to the antennas. I tried an external antenna. But it did not change anything. Then I took away both antennas - it still had 80 % signal quality and the speed suffered a little bit. If I take away only the right antenna there will be no speed loss. If I take away the left antenna then the upload speed will suffer a little bit. Obviously the antennas don't seem to be THAT important ???? But the location of the router in my condo makes a difference. In Picture 2 you can see that you can send and receive SMS. You also can send USSD codes. These are codes like *121# to check the usage and balance for instance. https://help.mobiletopup.com/knowledge-base/what-are-some-free-keypress-codes-for-dtac-1-2-call-and-true-move/ The last picture shows you a performance test on my TV - a 2160p YouTube video and the technical data (in this case with 3BB). But more on this after November 6th.

They are all fake. Often they show this storage capacity in the explorer. But they only have some GB. Let's say it has 32 real GB. You can't really use it because it will overwrite existing data all the time. If you want to use it create a 32 GB partition on it and then you can use at least these 32 GB normally. There is free software that can help you to find the real capacity.

This is very suspicious. 50 Pesos! This is almost 33 Baht. If she asked for 50,000 this would be understandable. But 50 Pesos. Be careful!!!

??? You type in "SIM card" and endless will be displayed. I have these two shown in the pictures. But there are many others. And again - you won't get them from the AIS, Dtac or any other store. These sellers have special contracts with these companies. Activation in my case via LINE with the seller. Goes pretty fast. Your passport is sufficient as ID. Plus pictures of the front and back of the package, the front of the envelope and a screenshot of the LAZADA order. You don't have to go anywhere. They cannot be registered in the official stores. The first month is payed already. For the next months normal top-up at least 1 day before it expires. Good for 6 months in my case.
