    Is it possible that there are a group of people manipulating the price of Bitcoin ? The hold a large amount of Bitcoin and money and they all begin buying Bitcoin and this causes the price to rise and then many others also begin buying b/c and the price rises even further , then when the price is really high , they begin to sell and the price drops . Rinse and repeat . Would that scenario be possible ?

    That is incorrect , they were peacefully protesting , they weren't rioting . The people rioting were some other people, probably Trump supported , MFGA people

    Why not just buy the house then and not bother buying the land the house sits on ? Just go and "buy" a free 40 year old house and not bother buying the land ? You cannot do that because the house and land price are the same one price and you cannot separate them

    Yes, there have been interest rates hikes recently and probably some more to come and people are having difficulties repaying their mortgage and property prices could lower even further .

    That is the location, popular locations are more expensive than the not so popular locations . You cannot just buy the house in Sydney without also buying the land

    So, why don't you go and move into one of those "free" houses ? House and land prices are the same one price and that one price will be more if the house is maintained

    Are you in Australia ? Did you look at my graph upside down ? In the U.K it shows the graph going in a upward direction The price is appreciating and NOT depreciating

    A house built on land is one price , they aren't two separate prices and you cannot buy one without the other . Yes, houses need constant maintenance , every house in the world needs to be maintained , otherwise they fall into neglect and disrepair U.K house price cost "losing value"

    That is in Thailand , houses in the UK last for hundreds of years and gain value over the years , house in Thailand last for about 20 years and lose value the older they get , bit like Pattaya bar girls

    Yes, interest rose and they couldn't afford the mortgage repayments , same thing could very well happen again soon with interest rates rising again . But the property value didnt go down to zero ,

    Houses are different . people will always need a house to live in and thus the price will not go down to zero , Bitcoin can go down to zero because they don't physically exist and it wouldn't matter to most people if they disappeared overnight , most people wouldnt even notice

    That was rather amusing . Trudeau interrupted a Woman asking a question and told her to use the word "Peoplekind" and NOT "Mankind" to be all inclusive . He then went on to speak to someone else , and not allowing the Woman to finish off her question
