1,882 new COVID-19 hospitalisations and 16 deaths in the last week
Out of a population of 65 million officially but over 70 million when these figures are given we should consider the entire population base in proportion and not start a new Covid hysteria which in any case now has effects like a banal flu and it is clear that with of weak people a flu can be fatal which reflects these indicated data. This news and in any case for the data explained above evident misinformation.

Thai Navy Agrees to Install Chinese Engine in Its New Submarine
Why are you asking me? Ask the Thai Navy why they made this weak deal.

Thai Navy Agrees to Install Chinese Engine in Its New Submarine
It is already the Thai government that has accepted this dream solution and so after having advanced money to the Chinese government for this research on submarines it is not at all certain that the submarine will eventually have an engine in a few years

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part I
This is why central banks exist, to keep reserves out of the hands of politicians who only think about getting re-elected.

Thai Navy Agrees to Install Chinese Engine in Its New Submarine
My first comment was to say that the submarine did not yet have an engine, and I maintain this version. What they want to make the engine become is the alternator which becomes an EV type engine where the brakes are used to produce electricity in order to recharge the batteries. They now want to apply the same principle to the submarine.Connection cables are not a problem if they are calculated for the required power. The times when you worked are long gone, now technology has made great strides and if you were to go back to work now you would simply be surprised that you know almost nothing.

It seems to me that you are fixated on diesel engines and have not yet studied the concept of EVs, which to my knowledge do not run on a diesel or even alternators. While the alternator is essential to operate a submarine, which requires a large number of batteries to receive the electrical power, which will then have to be reloaded in a friendly port. Everything now depends on knowing how many miles and at what optimal depth this submarine can function optimally, which is why it is a system still under test.

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part I
On the consideration that Thailand is not capable of taxing all foreign residents I would not be so sure, the ability to control the flows of money passing through the country is a much simpler case than one might think now with the electronic support of banks Thai, it will definitely be slow but not impossible in the end when the taxes arrive. I wouldn't place a bet on this.

Thai gov. to tax (remitted) income from abroad for tax residents starting 2024 - Part I
For the majority of winter holidaymakers they don't stay more than 180 days in Thailand so they are outside the taxation of Thailand. But it may also be that the government that is desperately looking for money to keep its promise of 10,000 baht could also get to what you write. Nothing is impossible at this point.

In the BP they don't talk about a diesel engine but about an electric generator that should work with batteries installed to minimize being found in the ocean. After EVs, the vehicle for a submarine would have a clear advantage over diesel-powered submarines. That's why they talk about a new technology to test

Buckle up, Bangkok: Thai official floats capital relocation amid rising sea
I see that the ground slopes but not the foundations, so it seems from the photos that the soil you added is stabilizing, in other words it is descending.

But how can you even compare Thailand to Holland?

Thai Navy Agrees to Install Chinese Engine in Its New Submarine
According to the Bangkok Post the engine is not an engine but an electric generator, therefore it is still a submarine without an engine. So I assume it will have to charge a lot of Tesla batteries that are in Tesla not sold in China. 😁

Kiwi held in Pattaya for overstaying visa by six years
This NZ guy would also have high rents when he returns to his country. I agree, after all it's just a question of money. If you have money you live as a king, if you don't have money you live as a rat.

Can you recommend small cities to live in (population between 20k and 100k ppl at most)?
True for Krabi but at least clean air is becoming more and more a rarity in Thailand. Hua Hin on weekends is chaotic traffic with the air quality getting worse every year

Kiwi held in Pattaya for overstaying visa by six years
It seems to me that before the First World War, borders as we know them today did not exist. And it would be a world that has become eutopian today to live without borders because the reality is very different. But beyond these considerations, why does a person want to live like a recluse in Thailand, this country has many advantages but many increasingly serious defects and live in those conditions in secret always being afraid of being discovered until you are the first or afterwards you would be arrested, for me it makes no sense and it impairs my understanding.

I think it's right, if you defame someone because you don't like them or for other base reasons and you make them lose customers in their business it's right that will be punished for defamation.

No only Thailand.- Last will and testament and inheritance laws with assets in Thailand and abroad?
It is not exactly exact for all countries, several countries recognize the law of the country where you have your last residence. And the legislation in this regard needs to be clarified country by country. - British Man Arrested in Bangkok Over Defamation Claims by Phuket Restaurant
