Jealous Husband Sets Woman on Fire, Leaves Her in Critical Condition
Gottfrid replied to Georgealbert's topic in Bangkok News
No, it wasn´t. You can not predict an outcome that never happened. The one who ruined everything, was the man setting her on fire. He is the one that first accepted the situation, and then used horrible ways to deal with it. He is also the one, that never heard of possibility to divorce and go separate ways. That´s the normal thing to do. If done the normal thing, everybody would still be alive and well, no life ruined. A life is not ruined just because of a possible divorce and separation. -
Jealous Husband Sets Woman on Fire, Leaves Her in Critical Condition

Wrong, the horrible one here is easy to spot. It starts with Ca. -
@ubonr1971 You have a contract with people who are making good business. As long as they rent, you should not care about how it looks or what they do as long as it´s legal business, which restaurant with a license is. The only time the state of the building is relevant, is when they leave. Hope you have stipulated how to do with that in your contract. Just let them be, and let them continue rent. Why would you want to crash their business. That´s just mean and pure evil! They are paying you an unreasonable rent of 59k per month, so you should just stay quiet and happy! Regarding their company registration. Of course you should rent write the contract with the company, as that is the business that are renting from you. After that, you need to find something to do and stop spying on your tenants. I also hope that all your papers are in order and that you are doing your books and paying your taxes. If you don´t have a company and rent out private, means your wife is the owner of the building, which means she rent it out. If she says ok, you have no voice! Also, if you do inspections without a work permit, which you can´t get without a company and your wife as well as minimum 1-2 employed Thais, then you are working illegally.

Yeah, I am still confused about the guy who said his uncle had died in a foreign country, as he had to hide from people searching for him. He contacted me and said I can have 50% of 120 million dollar if he could get help to transfer them to my account. All had to be done in silence too, as being spotted could mean great danger. Anyway, I told him to ask somebody else, as I don´t need the money and thought it would be selfish to steal the opportunity from somebody in need.

Jealous Husband Sets Woman on Fire, Leaves Her in Critical Condition
Gottfrid replied to Georgealbert's topic in Bangkok News
You seem to forget that she is the victim here. If they all agreed on the relationship, then that´s all good. Apparently one seemed to rethink and punish her for something. That´s on him. Not on the woman! Try to get that into to you brain! -

Intoxicated Thai man berates MRT rescue team after escalator fall

Yeah, they should have taken him up again and pushed him down to reach status quo. Maybe he would have been happier. -
Intoxicated Thai man berates MRT rescue team after escalator fall
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Bangkok News
Of course it´s standard procedure to gather that information. Local care central do it, hospital does it and of course rescue personal and and ambulance personal does it too. What a stupid question! -
Embassies' varied interpretations on Destination Thailand Visa
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
No, it´s quite easy to hold 800k in a bank and just renew every year. No problem at all. That amount, shouldn´t be a problem for any guy who wish to retire in a foreign country. It´s ridiculous how much talk and complaint it has been about that. Even as it´s not even the minimum you need as a safety for relocating abroad. -
Thai Police Commissioner Commends Pattaya Officers for Tourist Safety
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Yeah, they really have control over the bar security guards. After that they control the gang brawls and Indian as well as Arab fake mafias. Most of all, there are no scams or prostitution in Pattaya. -
Embassies' varied interpretations on Destination Thailand Visa
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
But, who would have thought they would interpret rules and procedures in a different way, as they are always so consistent in all other matters. Just the the big clown circus as usual. My deepest condolences to all Kiwi´s- 26 replies

Thai Court Reopens Tak Bai Incident: Officials to Face Charges
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Fantastic that it should take 20 years for them to wake up. -
You will not have any problem with it. The value will be under 50k baht, and you are allowed to bring in products for a value up to 80k baht. I would declare it though, as that looks better than to not.

Looks like your strategy will take you somewhere, as you eat less and drink less. However, like more here have said, a little bit of walking, jogging or whatever you like to do in the genre moving around and be active will do good and give better effect together with your changes. Have the same problem myself. It´s just not comfortable to look at a growing belly fat.

I hit a snag when registering with Binance TH
Gottfrid replied to Dario's topic in Cryptocurrency News
Yes, unfortunately there is a binance.th. However, I wouldn´t register there. They are a very complicated group of companies, which in this paricular case ends up in the registered Binance Capital Management Company Ltd. That company is only an affiliate of the real Binance page, which means you are most likely to somewhere get a lower return on investment. Better go with the real Binance.com page. -
Thailand concludes major anti-terrorism drill
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Chiang Rai News
The drill is all good. My only question is why in Chiang Rai? Why not do it in Yala, Hat Yai or Pattani? Then they might have got real target to practice on. That, I would have called an effective clean-up. -

Most of us understood that. 🙂 Seems like there was only one that needed to point it out as usual. -
Indian Gang Violence in Pattaya Sparks Public Concern [Video]

It´s quite amazing that 10 people can hit and kick on him and he just stands up time after time. Must be great power in India fists and feet. Poor little mommy´s boys, that wouldn´t stand a chance against one experienced street fighter. Just hope they meet one very soon. -
Hot Pot Buffet Closes After 20 Successful Years
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
If that is true, why have to close? -
Why do you assume it´s a murder weapon. After looking at the dashcam this morning in the news, it clearly shows the foreigners reckless driving. Just for you, it´s a traffic accident, not murder! Maybe, the foreigner could have saved his life by wearing a helmet. Doesn´t matter what you assume or what you believe. I have seen the dashcam. They have access to the dashcam. As written above already. The foreigner was driving stupid. It´s not the police fault or bad campaigns that are important here. The thing is very simple. A stupid motorbike rider drives without helmet, while the ones with common sense wear a helmet.
