  1. Sometimes, things really baffles me! I am not really sure what you are trying to do here. Why would to isolated incidents have anything to do with my post. Also why would the Swiss persons you mention be Muslims? And, even if I look away from that, do the 2 persons you present and others outside the Muslim community outweigh their violence and terror they spread all over the world? Let´s get down to the cold hard facts, dude! (Regarding the clowns, I assume you posted 3 pictures of your passport photo.) Let´s just start with a big bite. Look here: After that, we just get into the mindset: All I live for is Allah, and I do everything in the name of Allah. I go to war for Allah, I die for Allah and I kill for Allah. At the same time, they seem to have an even more complexed and deeply rooted "face" thing in the Muslim world than in Thailand. It looks like women are only there to please their men and to serve them. We can read that children are thought how to fight and shoot at very early age and also shown dead bodies so they will be strong as a man. The system effectively gets rid of the weak and uneducated, by telling them paradise awaits if you die a martyr. Their leadership calls USA and the western world for the enemy and The Great Satan, which is also what they teach children in school. All this results in an ability to not even be able to say hello to each other. Instead it´s peace be unto you, As Salaam Alaikum. One wonder directly, if that peace is the message sent to the rest of the world or if it´s reserved only for Muslims? Many also go one step further into the blindfolded madness. They greet each other with Insallah, which means "If God wills", and the other part respond Alhamdullilah, which means "Praise be to God". That is just a result of 100% brainwashing since birth. The common belief is that all who not worship Allah are infidels. The reason for their mindset: It´s easy to see why people in Muslim societies turns out as they do. It all comes down to one single and narrow part from birth and all through life. We are talking effective brain washing. Children are told to listen and blindly do as they are told. They get filled with information that has been redacted and twisted to present Islam and the Arabic world, especially The Islamic State, as great and good, while the western world is described as the evil Satan. Besides all that, you have the sounding from the minarets five times a day. Out with the mat and show your praise to Allah and the five pillars of faith. The five praying times are: Fajr, Dhuhr, Àsr, Maghrib, Ìsha. This keeps on from before sunrise to late evening, and contributes to a whole outstanding level of progress in the brain washing procedure. Looking at the five pillars of faith, they also have no acceptance of any other belief. Just to look at Shahadah, that holds the profession of faith called Kalimah. Something that directly presents "There is no God but Allah, and that Muhammad is his messenger". The most strange thing of all is that Islamic teaching requires every Muslim to engage in ritualistic washing before prayer. That includes hands, arm, feet and legs. One might think that would take a lot of time away from work. It also teaches that the ones who pray must be modestly dressed in clean clothing. That´s faith and philosophy creates 100% discrimination. It will be very hard for construction workers, to well and elegant dressed office workers. Let´s take another horrible peace of fact: After this, you will find a lot of great news by following this link: https://www.fondapol.org/en/study/islamist-terrorist-attacks-in-the-world-1979-2019/ I know it only goes as far as 2019, but if anything, it´s even worse today. This contribution from Gottfrid is Free! Cheers!
  2. Why do you need to ask that? We hear about one American here. As I know it´s not many times you read about same nationality doing this exact thing. After that, we have you question if it´s normal behavior from Thai´s. As the woman just took it easy and thought he was in a hurry, one might assume it´s normal. However, what is not normal behavior is road rage. Therefore that is something you read about both when Thai´s do it and when foreigners do it. No it´s not enough! Have you thought they looked at CCTV, before fining him? If not, maybe there were witnesses. However, do you consider it right to jump out of a car at a red light and in a fit of rage try and open another drivers door? To do what? Or, should he take the license plate and report a problem he had? After that, we have this from the article in Phuket Express: He claimed that the other car suddenly stopped, forcing him to brake abruptly, resulting in his wife bumping inside their vehicle. In anger, he got out of his car to confront the other driver. As he also stated he was driving his wife to hospital and it was an emergency, I just ask if the stated emergency, just went on a break as he he time to stop go out of car and try forcing himself into another car. If he had managed to open the door, wonder how long time it would have taken? Maybe long enough for an emergency to change to death or severe threat to life? When we sum this story up, with overtaking 2 times without signaling, stating an emergency, as well as in a fit of rage don´t give a rats arse about any emergency. Yeah, it fits the profile of a very unstable man. That was probably why the police fined him.
  3. Yeah, I am so clever, that I can calculate the odds of him having a wish to shoot me. That risk is about as close to zero you can come. If I at the same time offer something that he most probably like, it will make him feel better and calm down. Maybe you have another version that will be more accurate?
  4. As usual, you just go on, and totally missed the point. Starting to be a sad trend, Malcolm. I will help you there as well. My comment was sarcasm, and pointed on that I don´t believe they will reach such numbers. I thought you understood that I had no intention standing counting the visitors.
  5. I guess this is their way of showing the public the case moves forward, right?
  6. Please elaborate a bit on your comment. Can you describe what you mean, how your reason works and how you can support your claim. Also the last sentence reeks of poor knowledge. Everything was okay in Thailand, till they wrecklessly pushed these long term visa policies???? So, you didn´t see any factors that could or did force the situation into the same as you are describing before they changed long term visa policies?
  7. Glad to find out that you understand sarcasm when you read it. However, I will help you out, so there are no misunderstandings. Please look below: Sure they will. (To MalcolmB, this is sarcasm and should be understood to be sarcastic.) Hopefully that have cleared up all things you felt were confusing. Happy to help.
  8. Not all. Only the ones who seek their happiness in the bottle and a hooker.
  9. You are soo right. What you wrote here was total nonsense.
  10. Why people running in panic? Don´t seem like he wanted to shoot at all, and especially not random. I would have stayed, call him over and bought him a beer.
  11. Unfortunately it´s only one person. It will fall for deaf ears as usual. Yeah, but maybe the Rottweiler will attack the baby instead.
  12. Yeah, it was a lot of wrong there. I just didn´t bother to count. 🙂
  13. This was the only thing worth commenting in your post, as everything else is assumptions. The answer is: Not necessarily.
  14. Great Job! Just hope they can fix it, so she is not one of those together with a useless Lao Khao drinking husband who is out with his friends all the time.
  15. Nah, that´s not my style. Are you building that comment on your own experience?
  16. Why would I tell you that? Does that mean you are a tosser? 🤣 Nah, you don´t tell me what to do.
  17. You can think or believe what you want. It´s like nothing to me. And no! I don´t spend all my time on this forum. All my companies are based online and do business online. Means, I am sitting in front of the computer. When take a break, I check the forum. I wish you good luck with your company. Hope you can trust he did everything right. I just find it stupid to register and start a company, if you already need help with registration. Sounds like you will fail.
  18. Most likely she will not report it, as too many fail to do. That´s sad. If she report, they will take action.
  19. Nah, would have to go back to Inka in that case.
  20. Another elite comment from MalcolmB. Very informative and interesting. May I ask how much experience you have of the topic? Have you been, or are you, employed in Thailand? Have you been running, or are you, running your own company in Thailand? I have been employed and are today running 3 companies in Thailand.
  21. Just stop with your uninformed replies. If she is like everyone else and accept her faith, she will be out of work. If she fight for it, she will probably still be out of work. I am also pretty sure, she don´t want to go back to having an arse as a boss. If she fight she will have a very good chance to get compensation, which will help her move forward. After that, you should not laugh at labor Department, as they are really good and have helped many Thais as well as many foreigners as well. As I started with. Read up on things, and stop make unfounded assumtions.
