    As we clearly can see above, it´s something really wrong with the punishments in Thai law. So, it´s not wrong with society? You don´t think the male customers would try and rape the female drivers, then?

    Either the guy is totally mental, or trying to cover up his intention to make it consensual. As a third possibility it might have been consensual, but something was missing.

    I assume they mean domestic players. However, nice to read they do some research, because that is exactly how it looks in most countries with casinos, that are not placed between borders.

    Most probable is that it never existed any account, Scottish man or sent money. Second, if you lose an ATM card, you can get a new, or go in to bank with only your ID card to get both new passbook and ATM. At last, if fake story or true, doesn´t matter. If have no money, have to find work.

    Maybe it makes more sense if you consider they might be stolen, and he bought them for a very low price. As you surely understand, he would not buy a thing he expects to sell for a bigger amount then he get.

    I fail to understand the importance. They have him on video, and bystanders as witnesses. Why do they need her statement? He´s is toast already!

    There is nothing wrong with the knowledge or education of the existing police volunteers. Better they focus on a real security guard program, ran and licensed buy government officials. A program that really sort out the bad apples and the ones lacking the necessary stable mentality to do the work the right way. If that happens, we can start talk about improving safety and protection for tourists.

    Yeah, it beats me. But, on the other hand, what is really new? Just evolving to fit the purpose a little bit better. And after all the family business, we have the choice. One might argue if it should be pest or cholera?

    Take away his driver license, make him pay for hospital and treatment of the ones he hurt + compensation. Min. 2 year jail time and stripped of his job and title. That´s the punishments they need to have to make people change.

    Doesn´t matter what they put on top of the cars here. The danger in traffic has reached beyond the highest danger level. Just let it be, as it makes no difference. 😉

    This comment reeks of poor knowledge. Driving and using phone is a Thai trademark, that you see at least 1-2 per day on regular motorbikes.

    Ok, thanks for the answer, but I have a problem understanding. You have a WP, but not a company structure? That must mean you have a WP for something else? Am I right? Are you teaching or giving cooking classes? I just not get this one. Please help me in the right direction, as it otherwise might be a problem for you in the long run.
