First, how can you overtake something that comes straight towards you? if that were the case, the biker would have gone in the opposite direction which makes overtake an impossibility. If the biker came at him from behind, an overtake will also be impossible. We have to assume the motorbike was in front of him and he was the one trying to overtake and lost control or that the motorbike came from behind, and he accelerated and lost control. Both will be the fault of the pick up driver. Also, if a person is so easily startled that honking of a horn can make him lose control, then he has nothing to do on the road. Complete lunatic!

Yes I do. To start with, Japanese culture is both ancient as well as primitive. Iranians and middle east cultures are horrible. They are not only primitive, but also very violent. Indians, are also very much after and also kind of violent. This has nothing to do with understanding of different cultures. Neither has it to do with acceptance of other cultures.
