Not the end of the world. You will get a fine for being late if that is the case. As I am used to, they do reset 90 day every time I get a new yearly extension, so I think that would be the the result for you as well. Usually they give you a new paper in your passport that tells what day you are due. If you did not get that, they might not have reset.

Nice to hear you admit it was right. Must mean that the poster you quoted wasn´t wrong then.

Russian dad’s Phuket heartbreak: Wife bolts, leaves him penniless
Gottfrid replied to snoop1130's topic in Phuket News
Not that easy! The question here is if he has sole custody, they have shared custody or if mother have full custody and just left. The biggest chance is that he have not applied for anything, and then the mother has full custody, even if she left. Means he will need a written permission that can be verified from her as well. -

Nothing to do with future, the info already existed in the OP that you replied to. And, yes! I can predict the future. Done it successfully for 30 years. -

And how does he get his son with him without a lot of proof and paperwork? Please, think before you post. -
The device name, is the computers user name when you use it to connect remotely or in networks.

Marriage Visa - Proof of Income
Gottfrid replied to Aussie999's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
I really do not think you are the right person to deal with such questions then, as you seem to be very frustrated. So, you simply mean change type of visa, before he do an extension, right? 😉 As I have my IO live in the next block from me, it was a simple question. He told me they will accept bank statements as proof of monthly income for both change to marriage immigration status (type of visa) and extension after that. So, apparently they do differ. After that, you have the following from another poster that replied to you: As @thaibreaker are writing here, is exactly like I wrote, that most of us know and understand what we talk about and mean. -
Quite easy to understand that he means the device name, that are used for network connections.

British family struggles with father’s funeral costs in Thailand
Gottfrid replied to snoop1130's topic in Pattaya News
Yeah, I saw that. Maybe they are objects for the need of 2 seats, and then it will be around 4k. That´s possible. It can be around 10k baht, but very rarely. I had a Swedish guy that I know, would not call him friend, that died. However, they always want to do little bit for respect, so there will be some food, payment for monks and a little extra. I thought that was cheap, though. Only 25k baht. -

BS! Two persons can fly with return tickets for 2 000 dollar. Not 4 000 pounds. So, they already have enough money. Stay a while and cheap funeral costs in Thailand should not be a problem for a full family.- 116 replies

Marriage Visa - Proof of Income
Gottfrid replied to Aussie999's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Look! Again, we are pointing out the perfect terminology. Yes, I know I have an extension for the reason of retirement based on my former application and approval of a Non-O visa. Something that can be called a permission to stay in the Kingdom. However, many of us just simplify it all by calling it visa. We still know what we talk about, have and how it works. Unfortunately, the visa besserwissers on this forum must always point out the same like you did. You totally missed the purpose of my post as well. It was to point out that it differ a lot depending on which office you are connected to. First you also write that only embassy income letter are accepted as proof. Not at all offices, as that differ a lot as well. You people can stop with generalizing as that is not working at all in Thailand. Just because it stands as a rule somewhere, does not mean it works like that in all places. -

Thailand Cracks Down on Foreign Businesses to Protect Local SMEs

That´s is a thing only living in utopia, as there is no possibility if they just followed already written laws. A Thai company must be owned 51% of people with Thai nationality. Here are the facts: A Thai nominee shareholder company refers to a situation where a foreigner sets up a company in Thailand but uses Thai individuals as “nominees” to hold shares on their behalf. So the foreigner ask the Thai person if he/she would hold shares on their behalf against payment, right? Nothing illegal with a question. After that, the Thai person breaks the law, by acting as a nominee. In other words, the foreigners are not a threat, but it´s the Thai´s that are fighting their own. -
Marriage Visa - Proof of Income
Gottfrid replied to Aussie999's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Wow! It´s so much difference depending on what immigration office you belong to. As you say, some will only accept 400k in bank, and others will accept monthly income as well. Same with how many days the money must be in account before you apply for extension. Some say 2 month, other 3, while I asked my immigration office, and they would issue a Non-O based on marriage and only need the money in the bank same day of application. Besides that, I am on retirement visa, and they have never asked for any bank statements for a full year. They just want a bank statement same day that the money is there and copy of first page bank book. Looks like it´s as usual different everywhere. 🙂 -
