Sometimes I understand why police do nothing. They were approached, but paid in advance without seeing nor getting the lotteries???? Really??? How long can greed grow to finance stupidity. -

Yes, but a constitution should also cover all, as that one is that root of the system, when the rules and laws are not clear enough or are up for bending and redesign. All the normal laws, must be built to be constitutional, which they of course have found this one not to be. Surely, it isn´t as well, as there can no be any support for the claims in the constitution. It´s just silly claims. What it all goes down to, is that married people must take responsibility. If one sleep around, there is no possibility to ask for compensation from the bedroom guest. That would automatically change man and wife situation to pimp and prostitute. The reality is, that it´s just to accept and move on, or repair as some think is possible.

And again it was the little thing with contributing with your own opinion instead of attacking other posters. Or didn´t you have anything here either? But, let me explain: They, are the ones who will handle the case from investigation to sentence. The info, I based my post on was in the news article. There it stands he would be taken care of and have land and a life after he comes out again, but not a word about the wife of the man he killed. -

Why so agressive? Why should I be keyword commando just because I post my opinion? Maybe you should try do that as well, instead of going on attack on other posts. Let´s read what you have to contribute with instead. -
Indian tourist's holiday horror: Robbed, assaulted in Pattaya
Gottfrid replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
My source is reading the news, and comparing that to long time ago. I read news at that time as well, and remember that it was not same frequency of crimes as well as it was also not some frequency, and level, of violence. Maybe you should try and read sometimes too, and you might have the same insight. -
Ok, as this now is your wife, who which you have achieved a child with, we can consider her still talking to old customers inappropriate. How you should deal with it, is another problem. Have you tried to talk to her about it, and how does she react when you bring it up? Is this only 1 former customer or is it different ones? Is she depending on your economic support? Did you pay sin sod for marry her, and does her mother and father know what she was doing before she married you? You see, above you have all the questions you need. Regarding trust, it will of course be easier if only 1 customer, and if it´s 3-5 there is no future. If she is calm when talking and can understand your stance there is a chance, if not and she rub it off or get irritated/angry, there is no future. if she don´t understand your stance and not willing to stop talk to former clients, there is no future. if you think there is, you can try stop the flood of money. Also, if you paid sin sod, you can always talk to her mother and father about the problem. That is, if you can have a conversation with them. My stance here, is that she can pack up her bags and just take the bus home. I know, it´s a kid involved, which is very sad. However, it´s better to do it quick then have the same result later when more attached.

No, all lawyer do not speak English. Depending on where you are, it sometimes actually can be hard to find one that do. if they do, they usually speak very bad in the country side. But, as said, you do not need a lawyer. -
how to be legalized father
Gottfrid replied to asia123's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Yes, I completed without a paid lawyer. Never really had anything to do with it, so I don´t know if one appointed took care of my case. But most probably so. Nothing I needed to care about, though. Never took a DNA test, as my name was already on the birth certificate and the mother did not contest as well as approve me as an equal guardian of our 2 daughters. The only thing we did was to collect all the paperwork they needed, fill in the required documents and leave as well as pay in court. -

Sure it´s a good initiative to make more money. However, he is a police officer, that must have concentration on his work. One might think there is a possibility that a man who wakes up about 05.00 to can sell Moo Ping 06.00 - 07.50, and have to buy ingredients as well as prepare them for another minimum of 2-2,5h every evening after work gets tired and unconcentrated with an additional 8 hour work as a police man. The question of safety might be at risk, as it includes more than 1,5 full time work. On the other hand, being a police man is not connected to soo much work, if they do not have people who pays them to do what they are already paid to do. 😉

Then it´s easy peasy! 🙂 It will take some time for them. For me it took 3-4 month before the case was finalized in court. However, just go to the court, and ask what papers you will need as it can be slightly different or have changed some. After that fill in, and let the mother sign and agree. Leave it at court. Of course there will be a fee associated. Not remember how much but nothing astronomic. Good Luck! No lawyer needed!
