It could have been interesting, with supportive information. Like how many tattoos do you have, where are they placed and what motive do they have. Was it something that made you choose the motive. Did you get your tattoos when you where sober or was it a decision made by an alcohol fueled mind. Do you socialize with people who have or don´t have tattoos? Do you have or would you rather choose a partner with tattoos or not, and does it really matter? Are you happy with your tattoos? Do you plan to add more tattoos in the future? Regarding that, it will not affect at all. This is isolated incidents, that really doesn´t represent a threat to tourists or tourism. Even if 2 cranes have fallen down in 24h, when did you last time hear about the same or any other related incident? The chance that this pose a risk to tourists are same as having an accident on Autobahn, be in a plane crash or get struck by lightning. The biggest threat to tourism is the drunk driving, pickup drivers that run into motorbikes and the aggressivity and use of weapons in nightlife.
