If you want to make such comparison, that´s ok with me. In that case we still comes down to where the laws are most important to enforce.
Is that a good mc-rider making illegal stunts on the road without hurting somebody, or is it the vast amount of drunk drivers that kill people every day?
Is it the happy foreigner feeding the monkey´s or is it the high level of domestic violence in Thailand?
Is it the foreigners smoking some ganja on their bungalow patio on an island far out in the ocean or is it all the scams and fakes going on in Thailand?
I agree 100% with that all should, and must, be enforced, but they have a serious problem enforcing anything on a regular basis in this country. Therefore, I suggest they start to focus on the most important parts to enforce instead. So, that means if you say that Hitler was more bad than Stalin, then I would go with initial enforcement of the law against Hitler. 😉
