Can you read? Again, they already stated the facts. Doesn´t matter what it looks like to you. As a foreigner you must know what goes and what not goes in the countries you visit. Regardless of if there are many locals or not floating the rules and laws, that does not mean you as a foreigner can use it as an excuse to your own advantage.

Yes, you do that. It good for you. It will teach you that you cannot come to Thailand and kick the locals on a part of a public beach area. That´s also why they are pursuing the case. If you on the other hand behave respectful and show kindness and love for the country you live in, you have nothing to fear.

Nah, you totally misunderstood this. Most of us are not confused over the statement or have any problem understanding the meaning of it. As there are emojis available to be used on this forum, we all have the right to use them.
