    The only thing you need to do is get a one year visa in Cambodia. Price about 300 usd. After that they will allow you to open a bank account. Something that makes you able to alter Thailand and Cambodia with nice trips and no problem of staying. Only need a solid address of residence as well. Talk to a guest house, and give 200 usd per year and they will let you use their address.

    Yes, it is bad as if creates carbon dioxide which increase the PH-levels in the water, that as a result can disturb the ecological balance as well as health of fish.
