Without sarcasm, worrab? If the phone number is accepted, and you don´t know about it, you should probably ask your wife what else she is hiding.

Yeah, it is when somebody have intention to kill before doing it. In this case they left a road work without clearly making it visible nighttime. Something they are well aware of is dangerous and can lead to a persons death. So, I don´t think I am too far away, am I? On the side of that, you need to read all in a post and understand the meaning with it, instead of nit picking on the exact meaning of one word.

They are definitely not too bright. Never care for protective measures and caring of people. Only do as quick work as possible and then leave the things where they are. How hard can it be to put up cones and light before going home. Here that would probably have saved a life. Take the workers to court and charge them with premeditated murder.
