Definitely other, as their rules say you must be a member holding a card to shop at Makro. Therefore their system demands a card to be able to serve the customer. This way, they let you shop there anyway. You should be happy, instead of trying to figure out negative things about nice people.

So, in other words, just another guy that have absolutely no control over his emotions. Maybe time that Thailand take care of their own problems before starting to point out that a foreigner get upset for double pricing, a taxi guy trying to fleece them or just dancing in the wrong place. They have a lot of cleanup to do to save their precious face.

Of course he got special treatment. That´s nothing to hide, and I don´t know why they are trying. Better focus on the main problem. Everyone with money in Thailand gets a free lunch disregarding what they have done.

Sure, on this bank. As I said, there are banks which differ from branch to branch as well. The main point is that it´s been talked to death already. We just have two options. That is searching until we find what we want, or use an agent to fix what need regarding bank accounts. Another thing we all have to do, is accept and adept to how things are done in Thailand. If a bank change their demands for opening accounts, then we just have to meet up to them or change bank. Some as if they would change laws or regulations in your home country.

Mostly, that´s what I do. If I connect to unknown sources, I use a second phone to do that.

You just have to forget how things are done where you come from. This is Thailand, here they change from one day to another, different branches in the same bank can have different rules. Just to accept it if you should stay in Thailand.

You are 100% right! There are many times different policies within the same bank, but between branches. It´s not at all what we are used to, so many people find it hard to understand. However, that´s how they do it here, and for us it´s only to accepts that. 🙂

This has been talked to death. There are banks that will approve accounts, and there are the ones who will not. It´s been like that for the last 15 years.

I didn´t say they were not on Apples website, nor did I say they are not approved. Just opposed the word authorized, as that in reality means nothing.

Looks to me, you only had black and white in you water colors as a child. Just because you don´t love and think one person is great, does not mean that you can put all in another box. Most people can see differences an faults on many levels. Those are the ones that had a full set of colors as a child.
