Thailand Eyes Direct Flights from US Amid Growing Tourist Demand

Direct Flights from America to Thailand might equal.... More Passport Bros for Thailand, too. Will you appreciate them, much? -
WTF....Man.... Did you think I was joking? SiChuan Tea is better than any tea you will get in FING England....and.... Cheaper, too. Here is what I buy, once per year. I suggest you just do the same, so that you....don't... Never run out of tea. If I ever ran out of tea, then it might be a major disaster: However, please do not buy too much....because..... If you try to drink more than 5 kilograms of tea in one year...then.... You might regret it.

Yes. But she was seen alive 50 minutes before she was found dead. So, there is no time for the tide to recede that fast. -

Totally..impossible. Just look at the distance from the edge of the water. -
Russian Tourist Drowns on Pattaya Beach, Early Morning

I originally questioned whether or not this might be physically possible. But, looking at the situation, no waves, and also the distance of the body from the shoreline, this is highly unlikely. Therefore, either she ambulated or was carried to her final resting spot. Just check out the distance from water's edge to where she finally came to rest. So, as I say, more info is definitely needed. -
Russian Tourist Drowns on Pattaya Beach, Early Morning
GammaGlobulin replied to Georgealbert's topic in Pattaya News
My question is... If she drowned and died in the ocean, then... How was she able to ambulate so high up on the beach? Or, did she drown at high tide, and then, somehow, get left on the beach as the water retreated. But this makes no sense because she was seen alive 50-minutes before being found high on the beach, dead. Something is fishy, here... -
Dual Pricing in Thai Tourism: Economic Necessity or Hidden Bias?
GammaGlobulin replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
That must be it. The uni never charges me extra to enter the campus. Don't know why. They should, maybe, in order to add to their meager income. -

I have never paid any dual pricing...during my many years in Thailand. Not sure why. -

How could she drown in the sand? That makes no sense. She must have finished her swim, and then walked up on the beach, after which she keeled over, face first. This is the only scenario which seems logical to me. It's so surprising that one can just be walking or swimming along, one moment, and then 50-minutes later become lifeless. Yet, this can happen unexpectedly to any one of us. Life is so uncertain; it seems to me. This is why I am always prepared for death, at any moment. And, I try to keep my affairs in order, even the illicit ones. -
Thailand Vigilant Amidst 'Disease X' Outbreak in Africa
GammaGlobulin replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
The world economy, before the Wright Brothers, was quite good. I am only asking for a quality of life we once enjoyed before the advent of air travel. This does not mean that we cannot have cruise ships and ocean liners, replacing air travel, of course. -
Thailand Vigilant Amidst 'Disease X' Outbreak in Africa

Thank you for stating the OBVIOUS!!!!! Yes. I agree. Close the airports....except for emergency and military aircraft, both in and out of Thailand. Doing this will be the true answer to my prayers. If this is done, I will be happy as a clam in Thailand. (By the way: I think it's now completely expected that pandemics will continue to be on the rise, from now on, due to destruction of natural habitats, and other effects related to Global Warming... Not to mention increased air travel, and the further encroachment of humans into wildlife areas.) -
I agree. I think spiders are more plentiful than ticks here in this area. I can't say if I have ever been bitten by a spider.

If you can't get the tea you want off the shelves in your location, then might I suggest ordering directly from a good tea supplier in SiChuan. The reasons are: a. Black tea from China is better than anything you will find with a Lipton label. b. Ordering from SiChuan is so much cheaper! c. You can buy loose tea and tea bags, equally easily. d. Quality is wonderful. Normally, I just buy enough tea in one order to last over 12 months. Then, I store in the refrigerator, before opening, and after opening each 250 gram box with foil inside pack. I prefer Chinese tea, anyway. But, the black tea from China is very similar to western tea bags....except superior. (Or, just order from Taiwan. Taiwan tea, I believe, is better quality, but quite a bit more expensive. I think no need for me.)

Dear Folks, I just came across this fantastic vid from CNA Insider which touches and sheds light on this important evolution happening in America, and presumably elsewhere in the west. What are your thoughts concerning this new trend? Are Passport Bros good for Asia? Or, might there be more negative consequences which outweigh the positive? Please do not blame me...though...because... I first came to Asia in order to soak up Chinese culture and further my education..in many areas. I am very satisfied with the education I received in all the East Asian countries I visited. I would say that SE Asia, however, has been a very mixed bag for me. Probably this is due to the fact that I am a serious person, and upright relatively...compared to the average Passport Bro. This video is truly fascinating. This transformation will affect our new world, one which I am not sure that I wish to be a part of. Upon watching this video, my plan is to withdraw into hermithood, even more deeply than in the past. My only social outlet, in the future, I imagine, will become my participation on TV.... Looking forward to my new life here. Thank you. Best regards, Gamma
