I used to stay at La Royale in Na Jomtien. Nice place, but they were being taken over by Chinese and talk of making it a short term place was in the works. When I return to Jomtien, I'll be looking for a place that DOESN'T allow short stay renters.

Yes, inflation is a complicated situation that can't be pinned on any one reason or person. Having said that: Ridiculous thoughtless mass layoffs, insane department reductions/closures, the STUPIDEST choices for cabinet heads, more air traffic accidents than in previous decades, overt lying about the Ukraine war, alienating allies into trade wars (and all of this in just the first 30 days!) - well, these are unacceptable to anyone capable of critical thinking. Now his disapproval ratings are climbing and the stock market starts to tumble . . .
