  1. First AND last time he'll win the popular vote, and this will put to rest whether he'll win in 2024. (For those in the cult, that means he's going to lose.)
  2. Supposedly they are going to give a decision on that soon.
  3. You really don't get it, do you?
  4. That’s the kind of prediction that is perhaps better saved for your days out at Aintree. New York convictions are rarely overturned, and those are usually due to DNA evidence. I don't think the convicted felon wants to go there. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overturned_convictions_in_the_United_States
  5. 555 Speculation of the worst kind.
  6. My take - his attorney threw him under the bus. "It was his decision."
  7. "The order does not restrict Trump's statements about Merchan and Bragg." https://www.reuters.com/world/us/what-does-gag-order-mean-trumps-hush-money-case-2024-04-12/
  8. No. A moldy ham sandwich could beat the convicted felon in 2024. Biden has done some wonderful things, but he ran on being a one-term president. His hubris overtook his previous promise. I'm still not worried. After this conviction, 45 is toast, regardless of who runs against him.
  9. No, this was a conspiracy to cover up election fraud. Try to keep up, OK?
  10. Apparently someone on the convicted felon's team DID scan some of the documents and put them on her laptop. https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2024/5/22/2242052/-Trump-s-PAC-copied-classified-documents-found-at-Mar-a-Lago-onto-an-unsecure-laptop
  11. Knowingly and intentional mishandling sensitive data. ANY government official who does this should be prosecuted, including the Mar-A-Lago theft. The latter is compounded with the attempt to cover up his theft. Eventually that will become another conviction, it's a slam-dunk.
  12. I enjoy this. Don't tell people how to spend their time. You seem to be busy here as well.
  13. I just happened to have a day off with the laundry already done and a clean, empty kitchen sink. Not sure what anyone else's excuse might be.
  14. Keep deflecting and obfuscating.
  15. When a person continues to fill their thick heads with Fox Not News lies, there is nothing more anyone can do. This will not be overturned on appeal, and the SC has nothing to do with this matter. That's how the justice system works. And when this convicted felon loses in November, the rest of the cases will be brought forth in SPITE of his sycophants' efforts. But keep walking in the mist of lies if it makes you feel better, sunshine.
  16. Not at all when is used in tandem with exposing said <deleted>. And I ask again, isn't the taste of <deleted> getting tiresome in your mouth?
  17. Obviously you don't know much about how the US legal system works. Both sides get to choose or deny jurors. He wasn't convicted by 12 "Dem jurors" he was convicted by 12 jurors. I am getting tired of posting this, but it doesn't seem to be sinking in to thick cult skulls: Those jurors were not Democrats. They were not politicians. They were not people who had a bias against Trump. They were Americans. Trump’s lawyers allowed them to become jurors because they showed no bias. https://robertreich.substack.com/p/the-convicted-felon?utm_source=post-email-title&publication_id=365422&post_id=145144771&utm_campaign=email-post-title&isFreemail=false&r=1297hb&triedRedirect=true&utm_medium=email
  18. Well, the convicted felon was sure stupid enough to think it would have scuppered his election chances. Witnesses confirmed he thought that. Next?
  19. And if you honestly think that's all this was - a "bookkeeping error" - then Wow, just wow. The cult is strong in you.
  20. WHAT the HELL?!?!? Has the earth tilted on its axis??? That's TWO posts of yours I agree with. Well, I guess hell HAS frozen over.
  21. Neither clever nor anywhere near correct. Next time, try harder .
  22. Did your battery or your brain run out of juice?
  23. No. If ANY individual had perpetrated these crimes in order to rig an election, this same verdict would be handed down. It won't be reversed, the evidence was obviously too overwhelming.
  24. I hate to admit it but you have a valid point. Hillary SHOULD have been nailed for that email server thingy, but she is deeply embedded in the system. That system protected her. The twice impeached and now convicted felon behaved like a bull in a China (CHInah!) shop and the real powers that be have had it with him. He'll find how quickly his support in D.C dissipates and he'll be nothing but a husk of bad makeup and a man with no family.
