Will be interesting to see how this works, I read that 3 million doses are due to arrive in September so I guess it will be the private and elite schools first. But what about second doses? Will they open schools after one dose? Perhaps rich students will get 2 doses before poor students even get 1.

Could it be the government are borrowing significant amounts of money from abroad? Perhaps they have been weakening the baht in preparation by importing lots of gold.
