  1. Constitutional Definition of Treason Under Article III, Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution, treason is defined very narrowly: “Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.” This means: Levying war: Directly engaging in or organizing armed conflict against the U.S. Adhering to enemies: Supporting a nation or group the U.S. is actively at war with, by providing aid and comfort. Can anyone here pinpoint which bit of the above is going to stick in court when Obama is in the dock?
  2. Is it worth considering a separate thread where riclag can post on a continuous basis every single ICE arrest made in the US?
  3. I was prescribed Duodart........but chickened out from taking it.......not a huge fan of meds if I can avoid them. That was four years ago......don't take anything now........touch wood....getting away with it.

  7. The strongest evidence in favour comes from multiple anonymous sources and corroborating reports; the only rebuttal came from named officials and staffers.
  8. A heavily loaded, totally biased SCOTUS....well there's a surprise.....a court that granted Trump immunity (and reluctantly previous presidents)
  9. Boasberg’s ruling wasn’t fully overturned in substance—it was procedurally displaced, with the Supreme Court requiring due process protections but allowing deportations to resume under stricter conditions. A 5-4 ruling from a heavily loaded SCOTUS Contempt Hearings: These are still being pursued, contempt proceedings against the Trump administration for allegedly defying his original order to turn back deportation flights. Habeas Challenges: Migrants can still file individual habeas corpus petitions in Texas to contest their removals, as required by the Supreme Court ruling. Appeals Court Briefing: The D.C. Circuit Court recently ordered new briefs to assess whether recent developments—like the transfer of detainees from El Salvador to Venezuela—affect the case’s posture Not quite as clear cut as a Judge making up the law.
  10. How? You can't see their posts? Do you mean you might try to track them down in "real life".
  11. You're correct that when a higher court overturns a lower court’s ruling, it typically means the lower court’s decision was found to be legally flawed. But that doesn’t always mean the underlying policy or executive order is definitively lawful—it just means the higher court disagreed with the lower court’s reasoning or found procedural issues that warranted reversal. Blocked by a Lower Court On February 21, 2025, U.S. District Judge Adam Abelson issued a nationwide injunction, finding the orders likely violated the First Amendment and Due Process Clause due to vagueness and viewpoint discrimination. Overturned by a Higher Court On March 14, 2025, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals granted a temporary stay, allowing enforcement of the orders while the appeal proceeds. The panel found the government had shown a likelihood of success on appeal. Block Reinstated In May and June 2025, other district courts and a San Francisco-based appeals court reinstated blocks on specific provisions, especially those affecting birthright citizenship and state funding tied to DEI compliance. These rulings cited constitutional concerns and exceptions to the Supreme Court’s recent limits on nationwide injunctions.
  12. Why?....you never have done before. You just dodge, deflect, abuse and spew out the usual MAGA lies and mistruths ......??????
  13. Multiple news outlets including Fox News, The Washington Post, and Associated Press reported that their own sources corroborated this claim. Jennifer Griffin of Fox News confirmed that her sources backed these key details. Must be true if Fox News says so.
  14. Easy solution.....stop issuing EOs like confetti or make sure they comply with the law and the constitution....job done.

  16. Hallelujah!........ It's a miracle.....he truly is the son of God.
  17. Laos has denied any direct military involvement. The Lao People's Army stated that reports of clashes or arrests of Cambodian soldiers were false. A screenshot circulating online claiming Laos had detained Cambodian troops was traced back to a local emergency notice about stray shells. USUAL BIG FAT NOTHING BURGER
