Is it terribly mean to be resentful of tax payers money being used to "rescue" wealthy expats and holiday makers? If indeed that is the case.

The problem of poor behaviour is, by and large, independent of nationality......probably more related to young males. Arrest, prosecute, jail/fine, deport and ............highly publicised lifetime ban...........is the way to go. Talking to an Israeli official is a total waste of time.

Not too sure a "lack of a bravery" is foremost in peoples minds as to the reason they are reluctant to meet up with you........🤭
