Could not agree more. Far too easy to avoid the action necessary to remain healthy. I am starting to fall into that category as I get older.....drink too much, don't exercise as I should, eat too much sugar...etc. The solution? Only on meds for hypertension at the moment....but other things might be in the pipeline.
