As a rule of thumb....if three years rent is more than the 'total' cost of buying......buy it....... And if you can stand to buy second hand, buy second hand.

Intensely annoying.....the red mist drops....fortunately juristic in our condo were very good and kept a fairly tight rein on things. The worst area was the pool where (I can feel my blood pressure rising) people thought I wanted to listen to their phone conversations on full speaker volume.....their music on bluetooth speakers.....or swim in their sweat after they jump into the pool straight from the sauna. I did get one guy (won't mention his nationality) banned from the pool for spitting....
